I’ll get straight to point and say that Orr’s Jewelers is the standard for 5 star service. I’ve always been a fan of luxury watches, and I’m now finally at a place in my life where I’m financially comfortable enough to treat myself. I’ve always loved Breitling Navitimers and Orr’s Jewelers kept coming up as the top AD for them in the greater Pittsburgh area. My wife and I made a trip to their Squirrel Hill location, and I can tell you at the time that I was dressed like an absolute bum, I even had a broken collar bone which caused me to have my arm hidden under my shirt. Needless to say….I didn’t look presentable at all. Well to my absolute surprise, I was immediately greeted with smiles by the staff and felt very welcomed. I mentioned that I’m in the market for a luxury watch and one of the Owner’s, Aliza immediately jumped in and helped. Not only was she extremely friendly and knowledgeable, but she didn’t rush me or make me feel out of place for my lack of knowledge or being unsure of what I wanted. She showed and let me try on various different styles of Rolex and Bretling watches. The next day, I ended up finalizing my purchase of a 2022 Breitling Navitimer at their Sewickley store, which just happened to have 1 in stock. Aliza’s sister, Leslie was the one who helped me finalize everything when I arrived and she was just as amazing as Aliza. I even added my name on the list for a Rolex Sea Dweller if one becomes available. I couldn’t be happier with the entire purchase experience and can confidently say that I am a customer for life. I wanted Orr's Jewelers in Sewickley to create a custom necklace pendant from a ring, and they've given me nothing but mistakes after mistakes. The first mistake was, they sent the ring somewhere and were supposed to contact me once the ring was shipped back to them, and they never did. I spent months waiting for a phone call and never got one. When I called them back, and we proceeded with the design process, that's when they made the second mistake. They got my e-mail address incorrect and sent the designs over to the wrong e-mail even though I've been a repeat customer in their computer system for years, and even though I verified the e-mail address when they wrote it down for this order. Once again, I was waiting for the designs for months before I called to check in again and realized they sent it to the wrong e-mail address. The third mistake was, every time I called, they couldn't find my order because they never updated my last name from my maiden name in their system, and no one bothered to correct it the first few times I called. And now they've made their fourth mistake, because I approved the design nearly 3 weeks ago and they still haven't even given me an estimated date on when this pendant will be completed. I dropped off the ring the first week of December 2021 and it is now August 2022, and it's still not done. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. I would have never received this kind of poor service from the Squirrel...

Recently had the pleasure of purchasing a second watch at Orr's Jewelers and I can't say enough about this family-owned business where I've cultivated a relationship with over the past few years. Even more, they treated me with respect within a well curated sales environment that was void of pressure along with enough options to make any watch or jewelry connoisseur extremely happy.

I now look forward to an introducing my entire family to this business so we can call have a safe place to make our major jewelry purchases for future generations. Even more, I look forward to bringing my young daughter to Orr’s when she ultimately plans her wedding. Leslie and Sasha were simply excellent, and they now have my business for life. I look forward to my next watch purchase which should be sometime soon!
