5 stars all day. Whoever did the hiring for this store is a rockstar, because every person I've spoken to here has been awesome. They don't act like corporate robots and they don't try to make me feel dumb when I have a question like some other stores that sell tools. I'm sure I've spoken to most of the staff at this point (I probably shop here way too much), and can say with confidence that this is a solid store. Tyler helped me load up some heavy larger items and didn't think twice about jumping in to make sure I got everything loaded up quickly. Great attitude too. I hope they get the recognition they deserve for keeping this store so neat and clean. I don't know how they keep up with HF constantly changing sales and product placements, but they must stay busy because everything is always in place. This store also typically has a good open box selection, which is a major benefit.
