Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Shallotte

Received a code from my cell phone carrier to receive a regular pizza for half off at Little Caesars, this was NOT the first time that I have received such coupons from T Mobile nor the first time that I have used them at this establishment. That said I pulled into a parking space to go in and make my purchase during normal business hours around 3pm, the front door was locked with no sign on it, someone from the inside yelled " drive thru only". I then proceeded to the drive thru where I presented my cell phone showing the coupon code the young lady replied to my request with "I don't know how to do that, they never did teach me how to do that" . She then asked someone else there something and replied to me "we don't do that" . I paused for a second and said I've used these codes multiple times here in the past, to which her reply to me was " well, what do you want me to do" I can't put the eye roll in quotes. My response was polite bc after all this young lady was going to be making my family's supper I asked if there was anyone else who knew how to redeem the code, she groaned " Nope, I'm the manager". My Domino's pizza was delicious...

This was the worst $15 I have ever spent for food. I ordered the crazy puffs and Italian cheesy bread. The lady cashier took my order and had absolutely no clue as to what she was doing. Every time I asked her about something she giggled and said “umm, I don’t know” like why are you working there and clueless. She took the order and I asked for extra cheese and extra seasoning on both. She stood at the register along with another customer and a manager of all people….and still couldn’t figure out how to add extra cheese. It had to be a fourth person called. I ad to pull up for my order because it was suppose to be hot and fresh. I have included pictures of the dry and non seasoned food. There was no extra seasoning (even after pulling thru again) and it was dry!!!!! I contacted customer service and did a feedback and yet, no one has got in touch with me after requesting a refund. Not even to apologize. I am reporting this to the BBB because clearly they don’t care. I would not stop...

I walked into the store and asked how long it would take for the type of pizza I wanted and the gentleman told me 10 minutes I waited 42 minutes and finally got my pizza. I got 14 Mi away to home and went to eat the pizza and there was a sheet of parchment paper between the dough or crust and the sauce and toppings. I tried 15 different phone calls to the number of that store which went unanswered with several rings and finally just says punch in your control number so I got no one to talk to to make a complaint. The parchment paper was baked with the pizza I turned the pizza upside down and everything fell off with the parchment paper you couldn't even take the toppings off it without ripping the parchment paper into the toppings and nothing was touching the crust. It might have made it a little bit more acceptable if someone would have at least answered the phone but 15 calls back to back and no one answers the phone is unacceptable this is a piss poor performance for...
