I would honestly give 10 stars if I could! Simply amazing customer service! I was completely shattered after another local jeweler damaged my antique engagement ring. It was returned to me over a month later with the sides of the diamond chipped, one side that had been mysteriously flattened out, and the new head bent and completely unstable. I know that you can't easily replace a diamond that is over 100 years old so I wasn't sure how to fix the situation. I knew I had to have this setting replaced with a new setting that was stable and suitable for daily wear. I had previously dropped off a stackable band to be sized by Perry's so when I went to pick that piece up I had them take a look at my estate piece. Although the damage had already been done, Loretta and Daniel were amazing at finding a better setting solution for my Old Mine diamond. We discussed different options that would stabilize the ring and keep it protected. After much conversation I finally settled on a new setting altogether with the help of Loretta. I absolutely love my new A. Jaffe ring and cannot wait to see the end result when my diamond is installed. Its vintage look is perfect for my estate piece! Thank you so much for turning a negative situation into a positive one! I came in with tears but left smiling! My husband and I are looking forward to picking out a new band to go with the new ring....

About a month ago, I decided to start engagement ring shopping. And first stop was Perry's - where I met Andrea. She was very warm, welcoming and knowledgable. I knew exactly what I was looking for, but needed help checking off my list for the ring.

Andrea was SOOO patient with me. She went above and beyond to get me the setting and stone I envisioned. And she DID NOT disappoint!!

When she finally told me the ring was ready, I couldn't get over there fast enough to pick it up. It was EXACTLY what I envisioned and more!! And my now fiance is absolutely in love with it!! (I literally proposed Sunday)

On August 6th we ordered wedding bands, what a wonderful experience. Everyone was so wonderful. We had to bring our little dog in with us as he is recovering for hip surgery. They all we so sweet with him!! I especially want to thank Andrea she was the BEST!!! She was so helpful, she did get a kick out of us as we have Joe and I have been together for 22 and we now decided it was time. LOL I also want to thank Jeff, as I brought in so old jewelry that I no longer wanted. He was more that awesome with his quote!! When we picked up our wedding bands we also purchased a beautiful men's watch and a beautiful necklace for me. :-) I had them inspect my diamond ring and the found my stone was loose so they took it in to repair. When I picked up my ring it looked brand new!!! And my diamond is 12 years old.
