Do not buy a phone in this place...the manager...the black guy in there is a scammer..was trying to get a SIM card...told me he my code for my phone didn't work...and I couldn't get the same number...I bought a new phone because of this and told me my payments were going to be 60 dollars a month when I paid 40 for my other phone...he wouldn't given me my old number...charged me a hundred sometimes for the phone... which they said if you get a new number the pH is 19.00 and jacked my bill up to 60 a month and I've been with boost fo a while... through in a phone case and proceeded to act like... somebody was telling him to do it like this... when I asked to talk to the manager...he said he was...dude is a con a scam and can't be trusted....sad ..sad ..sad! called boost they gave me my old number and my 40 dollars is restored.... can't believe they let this dude work there.... very disappointed in how they hire people who straight up lie to...

I have had boost over 12 yrs and I habw found 3 honest people one was a woman across from my mom beauty shop 2nd was an accident I bought an unlocked phone and somehow ended in cannonsburg that man didn't have to help me but he did kids in the car scream naturally I called thee 6 months later when my kids broke there iPhone the guy was not the same but he was in there yesterday today Sharpsburg today he got me exactly what he promises exactly what I asked for I literally couldn't be happier now mt sister wants the phones n he has some left he is fast to respond and I actually trust him great experience. Not many honest people amymore but he is one of the honest fair deal....
