I would first like to say that this place is adorable. However, we were there for their NYE party and though it was neat, it was sort of underwhelming. The description of how it was going to be, didn’t match the reality of it. I do understand that this is their first time hosting something like this, and there are going to be kinks to work out but I feel like the description was false advertisement. It was very small and the ticket said that there would be hors d’oeuvres and room to dance. Though they did have the photo booth, there was no room to dance. They had limited seating, and though they did have hors d’oeuvres, it wasn’t much. We paid $327.25 for these tickets and I really do feel like that was way too much for what this was. They offered four drinks per person with the tickets. But It seems like the people who were there weren’t really there to party in that way. So I feel like they should’ve charged maybe $25 and maybe two drinks per person. I also wish that they would have said that there was street parking. We ended up leaving before midnight because as I said, there was limited seating and we were sitting on our partners laps. The place is very cute and Katie is very nice. I was very excited to try this place on my journey to check out new local spots. We came in, and there was limited seating available. We sat for a while without being waited on. I went up to the bar in the hopes of getting waited on. I was completely ignored even though the girl saw me. I went back to our table, and another table had to send one of the girls over once they got their drinks. I do realize they were busy. However, we finally got our drinks 25 minutes into sitting down. The other girl that brought our drinks over was very sweet and kind. I will say that the drinks are very good. Quality ingredients, and delicious. I'm just very disappointed in the service. The acoustics are very loud. Everyone's voice carries very loudly in the space, and they had no music to lighten the ambiance of that. There was just a very chaotic and loud presence in the bar along with intoxicated patrons. For 2 drinks, it was over 30 dollars, and it was not a memorable experience. My husband and I visited this place on our anniversary weekend, because I share the same name as the distillery. We were warmly greeted by the bartender, Brian/Bryan (unsure of spelling). I was very impressed by the space’s intimate ambiance, and really enjoyed the conversation with the bartender! He gave us some samples of the vodka, gin, and coffee liqueur, which are incredible.
