I went into the Sharpsburg Metro store to get a new phone. I accidentally got the wrong phone (different model but very close). I went back a few times to see what could be done. I was pushed off a few times, but today they were perfect. I went in to switch the phone and the employee Lindsey Satterfield was there to help me. She was unsure of procedure so went out of her way to call the manager and resolve the issue for me instead of making me come back. She was able to get me the correct phone and do what she needed to to activate it properly. Took 15 minutes max for the swap. During that time Lindsey was very friendly and tried to help me make the time go by. I wish all my store interactions were so pleasant. Lindsey is definitely an asset to the store. He told me that he has the stock but no one is going to just give me 5 phones and then insinuated that I can't afford it. After continuing to be rude to me, he changed his story and said he didnt have the phones. I hung up on him.
