The Frame Gallery is Pittsburgh GEM! It is a family owned business run by true artisans. The staff treat each framing project as if it were there own. They listen attentively to to your 'vision' and will also offer suggestions that you many not even think of that will enhance the overall presentation of your piece. Craftsmanship, quality, and GOOD OLD FASHIONED customer service (remember what that is????) is KEY and they take such pride in their work.

These folks can take a $6.99 print from Walmart and by the time they are done with matting and framing, it will look like a million bucks! It is an amazing resource for gift giving. Take 'Terrible Towel' and a cheap Steelers T-shirt from the Strip District vendors, get those puppies framed, and even the most discriminating die-hard fan will want to leave you something in their will after receiving this as a gift and this is coming from a Bengals Fan!!!!).

I have since moved out of town, however, I will GLADLY make the road trip back to Pitt to Frame Gallery for all of my framing.

I walked in and told the gentleman behind the counter that I got my degree in that I wanted to get it framed or get a frame that's already made for that size degree. He said "oh ..well we don't make those or sell those with a with a very uppity and stuck up attitude and then he asked "well what size is it?" and I responded "I'm not sure it's a degree..(so a frame that's regular size for a degree). He said "well they're all different sizes.."and I said "I guess I could go and get it" as I turned towards the door, and then he said "we are very busy, I'm booked all week, matter fact I'm booked all month and you might want to just call and schedule an Appointment"...yeah no thanks I'm not interested in this frame shop. I will find a nice frame because I will keep looking...

I couldn't speak any more highly of Frame Gallery and their quality of product and sharp eye! When I say look no further than Frame Gallery, I mean it. I relied on Christopher's expertise in picking out the most suitable and tasteful frames. Professional framing is not cheap so don't be flabbergasted when you're quoted a price. I had two movie poster size items framed recently and seeing them upon pick-up put the biggest smile on my face.
