Well, I’m over it. I started coming here a couple of months ago and it was good. The man who was working there was very friendly and helpful. He kept everything clean and made sure people had everything they need. I attempted to go in Friday morning but every available washer was filthy. It looked as if someone from a salon or barber shop brought in their stuff and there was a coating of hair in all of the machines. The man wasn’t there so I decided to come back another time. Today I got up and went early. No one was there. I put my $.50 in the parking meter, Carried in my laundry and supplies, put my (very expensive Diva) detergent in. Went to get quarters (because the machines don’t take cards) and at 7:30 a.m. right after they opened, the machine was out of change! The man wasn’t there again. I hope he is okay but this laundromat is not good if he is not there. On top of all that, I will give a dishonorable mention about them not allowing patrons to use the bathroom. The story was that a woman went in and overdosed and died so now nobody can use it. I packed it all back up and went elsewhere. I will...

Card Payment for Machines – At least enable credit card payments on the two largest washers. Many laundromats offer this, and it saves time and hassle with coins.

Air Conditioning Not Working – The A/C appeared to be off, and there was no ventilation, making the space feel very stuffy. Proper airflow is important for comfort.

This laundromat is not good. If you have the means go elsewhere. The machines and facility are not clean, the machines may not always be working properly, and if you need help you are not guaranteed to get a response from the posted phone number. What is the eta on my refund from January 21, 2024? I texted you for an eta on the refund with no response. Hopefully after my complaint on January 21'st they will fix the problems with the facility.
