Dillard's — Local services in Shawnee

I've never been in this store and have been on a hunt for baby items so U thought I would give it a try.

For the love of God! I almost fell out when I looked at some of the prices for the baby clothes. I have been to every store in Seminole and in Midwest City so I know what things are going for. The prices for a single onesie was almost triple the price of a three pack anywhere else. I looked at a couple we already have purchased elsewhere and was stunned.

Needless to say I didn't purchase anything. I even looked at the women's dress college on the way out and it pretty much solidified that I will not be going back.

I'm not cheap, but prefer to get more for my money than what...

School shopping for a teenager is not easy. Dillard's Juniors Department/Ladies associate's did an amazing job with their manager Mrs. Faulkner's little sister. They went above and beyond matching outfits using such a personal touch for my daughter's style to evovle beautifully. This helped her self esteem for which I'm grateful. As her mom I entrusted the associate's as I sat comfortable in a provided chair. Her budget was $400.00. I had absolutely no problem when we went over $100.00. She's ready for high school and it took one store, one day and a couple of well spent hours.

A very pleased parent I...

Dillard's is one place in town with nice things. Short of that it is, well trashy. Staff looks like, pulled off the street, hard to locate staff they look like customers talking to each other. Product is fairly good when found, without any help. If I ask location of another dept. Usually get response, "I think it is over there or It might be on another floor" I had for a change, a very nice clerk last time there. Went through 3 before her. She helped find items, large dressing room (handicapped) cleaned it out from before and returned often to help and see how I was doing. You need all your staff to improve....
