They lied completely about what they put is on after promising not to tie us into long term contract etc and we had to make over one dozen return trips, an hour each way, within two weeks of starting service to try to get phones working right and get prices and billing they massively screwed up and cost us our promotions and discounts never fixed it we asked numerous times to terminate service within the first 30 days they refused kept promising to fix it they never did now we are stuck with horrible service and a bill never close to what we were promised and contract stated for three super minimal lines no bells no whistles bill is always over 240$ no phone payment in that number either and the employees turn over weekly so the person that screws you over won't be there to take responsibility for their promise or mess ups and tell you tough luck. And not a real Verizon business so you pay extra fees just go to a corporate store save yourself or go to another company all together because Verizon doesn't honor any promises or agreement made within that store they are...

This became a 4 day process and I just wanted to cry I was so frustrated and just ready to call it quits and try another carrier, but yesterday afternoon I received a call from the Oklahoma/Regional manager Zach and advised me he had a solution at the store to make all of this work for us! The associate Hayven went above and beyond to help us, we were at the store for about 3 hours as we kept running into issue after issue due to the previous attempted orders and now looking like we were fraud š¤¦š¼āāļø She was kind, extremely patient, and never once tried to hurry the process along to just get us out the store. I will say we were very impressed with her professionalism thru this process and if it wasnt for her showing concern to her manager about our situation we would have never gone thru with Verizon.

Was told it would take a couple days for the replacement. After 4 days I called and the short haired young girl was rude on the phone and said ups had not delivered yet. I called Verizon 800 number and they tracked the order and it was in the store before I called, after she said she would call me when they recieve it, never got that call. Showed up at the store the same day and the little girl was sitting and texting on her phone while Shauna was with a customer. The little girl said they been to busy to even get it out of the ups box. It's really sad at what society has come to with this generation and work ethic.To note after getting the new watch home without the seal broke on the box it was plain to see that the original watch was a used one that they tried to sale as new due to the packaging and the protection around the watch and...
