I can’t say enough good things about the Shawnee OK Buckle store. The customer service that Stephen and Carl showed me and my husband while we were back to school shopping with my brother was top notch. Every time we are in there both those gentlemen are quick to greet us and every customer that walks in, they personally help you shop for the right clothing/styles/fits, they try and get to know their customers, they laugh and cut up and work hard to make sure your experience is nothing but enjoyable and comfortable. The manager there leads by example and that speaks volume. Every experience me and my husband have had (which is quite a lot) has been positive, helpful, and enjoyable.
