The Rolling Cow — Restaurant in Shawnee

This place seems to be closed every time I’m at the mall. Today the 4 of us, my daughter, her grandma and her other grand daughter attempted to go. We found a sign that said “Be back momentarily, Lunch break” … so we waited. About 15-20 minutes goes by and they come back. We go to order and she says “we are closed”. I said “your sign says “Be back momentarily, Lunch break” so we’ve waited. Is there a reason why it’s suddenly closed?”.. she responded that she was the only one there and she has to leave. So I asked if we could get anything before she goes since we did wait and the sign didn’t say anything about closing early. She said “what do you want? You can’t get ice cream”. Which is exactly what we took the girls there for. In fact it was the only reason we went to the mall. I get that it’s not the employees fault, she was alone. My 9 year old daughter and I went here on July 28, 2023 sometime around 4:30P.M. and stood at the counter waiting to order. 2 of the employees working were right there at the counter having a full blown conversation, never once acknowledged us or said anything to us we stood there for about 4-5 minutes while they continued their conversation. At one point a girl walked out from the back and I asked if I was standing at the right spot to order and she said yes and went back to the back while the other 2 girls working in the front still continued to completely ignore us. People began to line up behind us and we were still ignored so we walked off and they immediately acknowledged the other people. So we got back in line and tried to order after those people and once again we were not acknowledged. So we ended up leaving. I did not want to leave a bad review but that was completely rude, unprofessional and no one should have to experience such awful customer...

So this place is definitely getting a low rating for the reason you can never get any rolled ice cream. the teenager’s hanging out playing around refuses to make anything or sale anything other than boba tea. No one wants to go to an ice cream store to only purchase tea. This is now the second time we have been refused service from these 3 girls. Also to mention Went an hour before closing the 1st time and the said they don’t sale ice cream the last hour before closing, then the next time we went 1.5 hours before closing and they said they were only allowed to sale Boba not ice cream. I’ve spoken with a few other people about this and I know many others that are experiencing the same issue.
