Absolutely awesome customer service!!!

-- I am old enough that I can remember how stores used to be run... and the personalized service. (it has been years since I have seen it much).

-- My nephew is getting married, and I needed to purchase an appropriate suit of clothes for the wedding (I hate shopping for clothes). I searched online and found "Shepherd's Mens Wear" in Shawnee (35 mile drive for me)... drove down today (Wednesday)... (The wedding is Saturday).

-- The store is in the old "Downtown" area, (which is very nostalgic) Small store with a simple storefront facing Main Street. I received a very friendly greeting from "Nick Shepherd" (one of the owners)... Nick very skillfully asked a few questions to ascertain what I needed, he helped me to find a proper suit of clothes, had my try them on ... measured for alterations .... gave me good advice in my choosing.... and now I am waiting on the call that the alterations are done (he expected Tomorrow (Thursday) possibly, but definitely friday by noon).... where do you get service like that!!!

-- Nick made the process very pleasant (no small feat since I hate shopping)..... Shepherd's will be my go to place to shop for this type of clothing!!! Highly Recommended..... Please tell "Nick Shepherd" hello from "Curtis Herrmann" if...

This has become to go to tailor. The owner impressed me by just looking at me and then picking the correct size suit off the rack. That means he has loads of experience. He also answered all my questions about what to wear and how to wear it. Ive never bought dressy clothes and felt overwhelmed doing it. He put me at ease and gladly gave me tips. this is a full service shop and he treats you like he really cares about your needs. And I support main street America as much as I can, and he sets the example of main street...

Really nice quality, very friendly and knowledgeable service. Nick Shepherd himself helped me recently, and was a fountain of knowledge and insight for what matches, how to maintain nice clothing, etc. You don't get that sort of service or expertise from a modern box store, not even close. A nice wardrobe is worth the investment - go see the guys...
