We bought a couch loveseat and recliner. They delivered it the next day and set it up. When they left my husband sat in the recliner and the reclining mechanism pulled completely out so he called the delivery guys (3- 5 minutes after they left) they said they couldn't come back but to call the store and someone would be out to take care of it. Long story short we've been promised three different times someone would be to fix it and no one has shown up. It's a simple fix, they just didn't put the screws in at the factory, but we paid approx. $1500 for new furniture and they don't appreciate the business enough to come out and put the screws in it. Buyer beware, DO NOT expect customer service if you pay cash. I will never shop there again although I did see other things that I was interested in and I will never recommend going there to my friends...
