Rudest experience Iâve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I took a drink from the woman at the window; the lid pops off, and the soda is leaking down my arm; I make a little scream.
You know what she did?
She didnât take the drink from meâŠshe didnât ask what she could doâŠshe just said, âThatâs on you, man,â and proceeded not to do a fââing THING to help me.
She then stood there, berating and blaming me for âsqueezing the drink too hard,â and how she saw me do it while I unsuccessfully tried to put the cap back on.
I finally said, âI canât put the lid back on,â and she snatched it from me while the endless accusations of blame kept coming.
Trying to keep my temper from flaring, I said, âMAâAM: WHY are you so concerned with assigning blame? Itâs notââ
âIâm just saying itâs YOUR fault.â
Two seconds after leaving the window, I wished I had dumped the f ââing drink on the ground and dropped the cup, or even better, thrown it at her and said, âNow itâs on YOU, MAN.â
NEVER AGAIN will I order from this place.
NEVER.
If you canât have an ounce of care for another person when something goes wrong, you shouldnât be in customer service.
I plan to contact corporate to inform them of what kind of people they have representing...
Read moreI went to the Burger King at 23 Mile & Van Dyke today, and honestly, it was a disaster from start to finish. The drive-thru was an absolute nightmare â the speaker sounded like it was on its last breath, and it took forever just to place my order. When I finally got to the window, the cashier looked like I had personally ruined their entire day and handed me a bag that was already falling apart.
I ordered a Whopper meal, but what I got was a cold, sad excuse for a burger. The fries were limp, flavorless, and completely pointless. The soda was flat, the lettuce was wilted, the tomato soggy, and the bun was greasy and squishy â basically a warning to never trust fast food again.
The whole experience made me question my life choices. If you value your taste buds, your patience, or your sanity, stay far, far away from this location. The only thing âkinglyâ here is how royally terrible the service...
Read moreI never got to the counter to order. I used the bathroom first and the other lady in there must have been confused by my work boots because she left the bathroom without washing her hands to get what I know was a female employee. She tried peeking around the corner as I was washing my hands and she pulled back like I wasn't supposed to see her. She then quickly walked into a stall basically backwards so she could stare at me. While I'm not Trans this is Trans phobia! I wear men's clothing at work because it's a UNIFORM and I'm required for numerous reasons. I just wanted to go to the bathroom and wash my hands before ordering a late lunch. I left before my hands were dry. Shame on you for making me feel so uncomfortable that I left. I certainly wouldn't give you my money after...
