Relax The Back — Local services in Shelby Charter Township

I stopped in to the Relax the back store off Hall rd almost 2 months ago to just look. I had been looking for a new home office chair but really didn’t want to break the bank. When I walked in, I experienced the friendliest sales person on the planet, her name was Laura. An absolute no pressure situation, she kindly let me look around until I had questions. To make a long story short, I went back on 3 different occasions and finally purchased the X2 leather chair. These are certainly not cheap but absolutely worth the money and I am in love with it. Shortly after my purchase, I experienced a problem with the hydraulic cylinder of the chair, Peter was fantastic and personally came to my house to fix the problem. A few trips later for minor tweaks, I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the entire experience. There is a reason this location has been there for over 15 years. Great store with an awesome staff, friendly and knowledgeable. I am 70 years young but still OLD SCHOOL when it comes to making a significant purchase. I spent over 2 months researching Zero Gravity chairs before buying one. Fortunately, I stopped in at the Relax the Back store in Shelby Township where I met Laura and Peter. I had lots of questions and if they didn't know the answer there was no BS, they said they would contact the manufacturer rep and get back to me, which they did. I have had my Cozzia 710 chair for a month and have spent a minimum of 1 hour in it daily. I use the Stretch program in the morning and a couple of Customized programs in the evening. I especially like the heat feature on the legs. Additionally, this chair comes with a 3 year manufacturer's in home warranty. Great massage chair and great service! We had an 'entry level' massage chair and I was curious how much difference there would be between that and a higher-end chair. I took a drive down there to visit the store to test some chairs out. I noticed a HUGE difference between the chairs. The higher-end chairs gave a much, much better massage and was able to massage the neck area much better than our current chair. We ordered the Cozzia Qi 715 and it is amazing. It's phenomenal to use after a hard days work and very relaxing! We got the white glove delivery which worked out great also and I'd highly recommend it as the chairs are so heavy. It's a great place with great products and great staff, definitely recommend!
