Five Below — Local services in Shelby Charter Township

Horrible customer service. Spent $200 here and were pushed and prodded at to spend more money at checkout. They asked my daughter about her birthday party and followed up by pushing MORE products to a seven year old. What the hell? Didnt even thank my husband for his backpack donation when they asked him if he wanted to. Then one employee rushed right in front of our cart and didn't even say excuse me or acknowledge us and almost caused a collision. I feel bad for the workers if they are forced to be that pushy. Maybe its just because it's the hall road location. Awful place. Hopefully other locations are not like this one....

This place was a huge and chunky like the good kind with some ransume and some good snacks. We mostly visit for pony toys and found some good steals.

I bought a $5 mouse usually I wouldn't trust cheap electronics it's been 3 months of constant use and it works perfectly. I wish I was kinda lying. If this one had a self checkout that's always the best since usually they would have only one lane open (it's not their fault employees should ve paid more)

Some good stuff I think we came to this location because we got this exclusive bakugan poster and emptied a whole airheads can and put it in there...

Five Below has some excellent little treasures in the books and toys (kid and adult). The quality of some things from there is surprisingly good. Especially some of the smaller fitness dice, etc. I've had some things for years and they hold up. This location is typically not too packed. They have self-serve registers, which make for a quick in and out trip. Cool little shop that never...
