If I had the chose I won't even rate it 1 its that awful. My husband and I shop at Costco for many years now. We were on the hunt for a great deals and sales on appliances and searched at many different stores and Costco had the better deal on appliances during the president day. So we decided to buy the full package stove, microwave, dish washer and refrigerator from Samsung and we were extremely excited however, we read all the reviews online and their delivery crew rated so poorly so bad but we didn't think or would know it was going to be a nightmare. We just liked the huge sales and deals $1200 off and plus 10% off during president day. On their websites it stated it won't arrive until March or April. We got a call then an email that our appliances were arrive on 2/19/2021 between 8:00am - 11:00am. So my husband took the entire day off from work so he can be here and deal with it when they arrive. On 2/18/2021 later in the evening we got an automatic answering machine states as a voicemail that our delivery order won't arrive until 1:45pm -3:45pm Friday on 2/19/2021. My poor husband waited for them all day and of course just our luck we had the worse delivery crew. They failed to communicate when they will be arriving no call no text. We kept calling customer service to get a status update. The two guys showed up at 3:15pm knocking on the door again they failed to call us or text us. The one guy came through the front door and saw we have stairs now to state we live on the upper level of the condo and no way on the package states can't do stairs. That same man left for 5 mins 5 long mins and then came back to the house and told my husband that his "back was hurting" are you kidding???!! What a bulls* that is he is lying beneath his teeth. He looked fine to me when he entered the front door. Wth dude seriously!! This is part of their job and what we paid for that was included in that package deal. If this guy has back problems maybe this isn't the job he should be doing. At this point we are both angry and I have already had enough of this stupidness and games. The two guys decided that it was best for them to drop off my appliances in the garage and leave completely leave without finishing the job or even taking the old ones down and taking the new ones up and installing them which all was included in the package. The one guy who claimed his back was hurting which is bulls* told my husband that they will return on Monday to take care of this and had us set up for appointment and that is another lie as well because we called the customer service and we were on the phone for over an hour to speak to someone. We come to find out that guy lied because we weren't even scheduled on Monday they were supposedly "booked" so now we are scheduled a week and day later for them to come back and do their jobs. If I wasn't working I probably would have give it to them so bad. This is ridiculous and very unacceptable and very down dirty for Costco hiring these third party delivery company. Costco you disappointed us. The worse customer service we had to deal with, they were extremely rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. When they come back next week I will have them open each package and will investigate each item and parts closely. If I find anything that is damaged my walls, my appliances or anything. It will be Hell break less. They left and had no care in the world this is not how you treat customers. Very unprofessional very uncalled for absolutely disappointed very sickness. Costco this is down dirty. Please fire them and get a better delivery crew that are honest, professional, smiles on their faces, great reviews and rating, friendly, and actually do their job from the start to the finish. Provide a better customer service and make the customers happy and complete their order what they paid for from A to Z. Otherwise this continues I will inform all my family and friends about this experience and will advice them not to purchase...
Read moreShelby is our "home store." Dr's Lepeck and Schultz were the main reason. The staff throughout the store has been tremendous. That is except the eyeglass department. In the past there have been a couple of ladies who were the opposite of kind/compassionate/courteous/patient. The type of people who are not at all suited for exchanging with other people. As of lately it has been obvious that management has finally addressed this issue as Theresa, Brooke and a couple other ladies have been the best anyone could ever ask for. Keep in mind that we followed Shelly from the Roseville store who was concise/direct but you never questioned that she didn't have your best interest(s) at heart. For years now we have been directed to stand in the aisle across from the counter to wait for the next technician. This has never been questioned as there's no "take a number" dispenser and it would be anarchy were a half-dozen people be expected to keep order (I've witnessed some unpleasant altercations at this venue due to disputes over who was "next in line"). I dropped off two pairs of our glasses for repair the other day and received a very kind/courteous phone call last night reminding/informing me that the repairs were complete. There is a "full-house" in the optical department so I stand across the aisle to wait my turn. An elderly gentleman rolls up to the counter riding a handicap cart, gets off and stands right next to a couple who are being serviced. For seven minutes (not six, not eight, not five) this man is visibly irritated with not being addressed. Tapping on the counter, staring at the technician, etc. Obviously the dozen-plus times we've been told to form a line across the aisle is not without value/credit. The tech closes business with the couple and attends to this gentleman. This is not an issue as we've time today and refuse to contribute to unrest over something so petty. They do not have the product the man is there to procure and he leaves. I wait a bit and no-one says anything so I call out to Theresa, "excuse me Theresa" but she does not hear me as she's facing away. I then ask Kari, "Excuse me, are we still to stand here to be next?" Her response takes me back to the last generation of optical tech animosity....."How would we know why you're standing there?" Not prefaced with nor followed with anything. I'm then asked, "What are you here for?" Now, at this point if our glasses were not in possession at this location I'd have simply smiled and walked away. I approach the counter on the west side of the island and Kari goes to the other side as though I'm receiving new glasses. She turns around and motions and says, "over here." She is visibly irritated. I have more than the capacity to irritate someone if that were my objective but this is absolutely surreal on a bizarre level. I then reply, "I'm here to pick up repaired glasses." I'm asked for my last name and after she has literally thrown glasses from drawer to drawer in the most child-like temper-tantrum, I'm asked for my phone number, she finds them, shoves them in my hand with immature angst while staring at the ground. Simply unreal. It is so obvious how attentive the management at this location is to cleanliness, courtesy towards patrons in every other department in this store. It is damning to see this department "fixed" and now being taken down the toilet again. We had resolved to purchase our glasses online due to such. Is this where we're going again? Chicken/Egg conundrum where staff sets the tone of patrons which snowballs into a miserable...

The updated their gas lines and it is much safer to come here now. There are lights on the gas poles to tell which lanes are open and which isn’t. There is PLENTY of room for all people. But prepare for parallel parking - everyone’s favorite parking method.
But the parking at this place is still Every Car and person for themselves.
2023 update* I enjoy shopping here and getting gas. But let me tell you - the parking lot and finding a parking spot is kill or be killed over there.
COSTCO - PLEASE FIX THE GAS LINES AND ENFORCE SPEED BUMPS!!!!
My father and I were returning pants there and exchanging them and almost got ran over 3 times from people leaving the Costco gas line and flooring it. And the people leaving the gas line do NOT care. This was in a Monday night, within 1 hour of closing.
Mind you, the walking area to the store doesn’t have designated lines or lanes so people are walking all over the place and cars have a hard time leaving the gas since the new construction started.
The staff here are wonderful and kind. But I wouldn’t recommend going here during a busy day unless you can go during the NON-PEAK hours. Or shopping during peak hours.
The bargains are good here, but if you plan on shopping for 1 item, just bring a cart. Let’s be honest, you know that I know that you know you’ll be buying more items.
There’s going to be at least $50 spent at that store.
If you want to stay within a certain budget, only buy things you can carry throughout the store. That’s the only thing that’s saved me from over spending at this...
