We ordered a four-person platter because we were having guests. We also ordered extra hummus and two sides of garlic spread because it doesn't come with the platter. When I got home the garlic that was an extra cost was not included in the package. This was not just a small meal that can be checked easily, it had salads, soup, and bread. Very disappointing to get home and realize that my order was incomplete especially the garlic that we ordered as an add on. It's hard to return especially when our guests had already arrived. We contacted Sahara and they said just stop in any day and they'll give us the garlic and some bread for the inconvenience. I stopped in the next day as I was out doing some other shopping and it took at least 15 minutes for anyone to come out of the kitchen to provide service. in fact by the time someone came out there were six other people behind me waiting in line. I was hoping that it would be quick and they would just give me some garlic and bread and I would be on my way but it wasn't so. The lady that came out of the kitchen popped her head out and ran back in and said it'll be a few more minutes even though there is 6 to 7 people in line. I explained that I was there for the two cups of garlic for the order that they forgot to fill the night before and it took another 3 to 4 minutes just to get these two small cups of garlic. When she came back out I explained that they said that they would give us some bread to make up for it. At that point she proceeded to say that I needed to step aside so I can speak to a manager while she assisted all the other customers. This has been a very disappointing experience. I was hoping that they would make everything okay quickly, but unfortunately I left very dissatisfied. The food that we did receive was good but I would caution everyone to double and triple check your order. I'm still not sure what their garlic taste like, and I don't think I ever will. IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED POORLY THAN GO HERE! Otherwise stay away!!! About 1-2 weeks ago me and my husband were hungry after a long 12 hour day and we just wanted to sit down and have a good meal. Well that turned for the worse. I had a waitress that was so disrespectful and rude. This is how it all started:

We sat down and she came over and asked for our drinks and we just decided to order, that all went well. After she came back with some garlic and bread, I told her please bring the vegetables that they serve with dinner ( beets, cauliflower etc.) and also more bread, she came over and brought the vegetables and I said oh please don’t forget the other basket of bread, she goes “ well NOTHING I can do about it they are still in the oven” I was like oh okayyy. She was very rude about it, I called the manager/owner whoever he is I think name is Chris over, and I explained that she was just being rude in her voice and I just didn’t feel comfortable if I could have my old server who was there and he goes oh no I’ll talk to her your fine your fine, I said no really I don’t feel comfortable well of course he didn’t care, well 5 minutes go by and I could see him by register say go take them the bread, so I leaned over to look at waitress and she goes “ no she can KISS MY ASS” in front of everyone, yes I did get very upset and I went up to them and I said excuse me kiss your ASS! I go that’s very rude and disgusting to say, and she goes oh goo eat some more bread, while the manager was just so calm about the situation telling me to settle down? You want yor CUSTOMER TO SETTLE DOWN WHILE YOUR WAITRESS JUST SAID TO KISS HER ASS IN FRONT OF EVERYONE! Are you kidding me!! The worst place to go to! I’ve told so many people and so many people have agreed with me on how bad of business they are! Didn't like 1 thing about it. I thought I was the only one with a bad experience at this location! After reading online, it's obvious this place doesn't appreciate their customers! The last time I ate there, a couple weeks ago, it was not fun. We were seated. After being seated, we sat there for around 10 minutes before ANYONE came to our table!? Once our waitress FINALLY came, she was not friendly, seemed like she was being bothered by taking our order and had better things to do. So, she takes our order and disappears. Didn't see her again!? Fast forward 31 minutes. YES, 31 MINUTES later we get our food. It was cold, looked like it was sitting around all afternoon and was terrible! After 1 or 2 bites, we decided we were NOT eating this garbage. Called the boss over "Sam" if I remember correctly was his name. We explained or unfriendly/unattending waitress, the long wait time, the cold food etc and that we were leaving. He started with a major attitude saying we had to pay, we ate the food blah, blah blah. NOT QUITE, we literally ate TWO bites!! We get up to leave and this clown is actually trying to get in our path to block us and not let us leave! He actually called us A-holes!? At this point, I exploded. I admit, I cussed him up one side and down the other. I also told him he had 5 seconds to move out of my way or I would move him and he wouldn't like how I do it. Needless to say, he backed off, moved out of the way and we left. Never again. I wouldn't eat there if it was the last place on earth! How can a business treat/talk to people...
