Bath & Body Works — Local services in Shelby Charter Township

With all of the recent exchange/return policies, things can be confusing, particularly because I shop online. I don't like to go into the store to exchange things because the anxiety it causes when an associate is rude just shuts me down. So I just collect stinky scents. But....today! I had an amazing experience! Shannon was top notch. Totally knew her stuff and really helped me figure out what the heck I was doing with my exchanges. There were 2 other young ladies helping me also and both were excellent! I've been in this store many times and had okay service but today was truly worth a major 5 star review. The store itself is beautiful and clean. But the staff is the reason I do not return. I am always ignored when I enter, while the older customers who come in get greeted and spoken with kindly. This continues to happen even when I spend $30-$60 in one trip. I like to use coupons too, as the company provides great ones, each time I try to use one I am ALWAYS discouraged or lead away by the staff! My most recent trip resulted in me placing back my items and walking out. It's really frustrating when you help provide business and are unappreciated. I never ever look forward to my trip here and try to take my business to other locations. Really...

I went in today because all of the Halloween stuff was 50%! Why wouldn’t you go in!? I was helped by Brandon the entire time. He was such a sweetheart and let me know about what they did and didn’t have for the collection that year. While checking out, Brittney was amazing. She helped me get a better deal on my soaps and it actually saved me more money in the end. I work just down the road and I will definitely be shopping at this location from now on.
