I am a service dog handler and my name is Paige this is for the manager I have a highly trained service dog and her name is Bojangles i had a bad experience at this little store yesterday when I was there with my highly trained service dog as I was shopping around and looking at the pretty dresses one of the employees there was extremely rude and did not. Respect me and my service dog at all as I was walking around to go look at the pants in one of the bens that was on sale i walk around the corner. Cause I kept getting confused because I didn't know which way to go and look at the pants. I didn't think to ask for help. I managed to look at the pants in the bin that they had in the pants bin the employee that had blonde short hair at the Dressing rooms was not nice at all she said oh I love it to see those types of dogs come in here such as her almost saying that my service dog is there to help her i would have said to her not to distract my dog when I had the chance to. Because service animals cannot be legally denied or asked weird questions by employees some questions are against the law and is illegal. Any local business can be sued even if they were to say oh, that dog is here to help me with my disability. Yay If I had a dog like that, it would be my dog no us service dog teams. We work really hard with our service animals. But not only because we want people to be entertained by them. But they can never be a entertainment for the public at all my. Service dog is highly trained under the Americans with disabilities. Act, emotional support dogs are different than service dogs. I saw an emotional support dog in your local business yesterday. If you ever do see emotional support dogs I do ask to please have the person with the emotional support dog to leave your establishment emotional support dogs don't have the same public access rights like service animals do the employee at your establishment was being disrespectful about my service dog i Understand how excited people and store managers and employees get when they see working dogs. They think they're really cool, but it's best to just stay a distance away from the dog as much as possible even if it is hard sometimes to resist the bond of a service animal my service.dog never misbehaves in a store. She did make a few mistakes yesterday, but it does not make her a fake service. Animal service dogs will make mistakes just like emotional support dogs the employee yesterday in your store. Extremely distracted my service dog. And petted her without my permission i do hope you all will get this token care of and will talk with your employees about service animals the lady had blonde short hair and was a employee. That works at the dressing rooms area at your facility it was not okay that she even touched my service dog without my permission Yesterday i also think the employee denied me service over my service animal too. And said that my service dog is there to help her too. But service dogs are not there to help employees that do not have physical or mental disabilities i have a mental disability that requires me to have a service animal under the Americans with disabilities act if you all can speak with the dressing room employee please do. I would gladly appreciate it more than anything please it is illegal for employees to say that a service animal is there to help them when it is not. I've done my research and I know my rights🫡🫡 as a service dog handler i want to. I have been a pretty frequent customer at this store, spending around $500 per visit. During my latest visit, they were running a promotion with items priced at $5 and $10. I selected several pieces.

At checkout, the cashier informed me that I would need to purchase two mini $16 cups because my kids had been carrying them and had placed their mouths on the straws. I explained that I was not planning to buy them, especially since they were $16 each. However, I was told I had no choice, even though the cups had no packaging and were already openly displayed.

Feeling extremely frustrated by how petty the owner was in forcing me to buy something, I decided to return everything and only paid for the cups.

Love this store. It's so cute and has such pretty dresses. I didn't get the name of the lady who helped us(she has very short blond hair) she was so helpful getting my daughter a dress. She set us up a dressing room and made so much effort getting the things we wanted. As for the review with the dog, it's not true. We were standing right next to her. That lady working at the store was so friendly. My daughter also said she likes her very much cause she's so nice. Will definitely be going back and highly...
