I am actually saddened to feel that I have to write this review. I initially had a positive feeling about this business, it had excellent reviews. I contacted them regarding having an initial deep cleaning done on my house, followed up by monthly cleanings, and some light contractor projects. Alivea arranged to come out to do an estimate for the cleaning, and showed up right on time for when she said she'd arrive. She did the walk through and said she'd be sending me a final estimate via email within a couple days. Five days go by with several phone calls made attempting to make contact going unanswered/unreturned. Finally, I get an Email telling me she was sick and would send me an email as soon as she was back in the office. A month later now and NOTHING... at this point I have grown tired of feeling like I was begging someone to take my money. I contacted Bella Casa who did exactly what they said they would do eventhough they are a bit more expensive, service counts! I talked to a woman on the phone about house cleaning and she was incredibly nice and friendly, and I schedule for the 13th of July, she said they would be here around 3, maybe a little later due to drive time. I got up early to make sure my house was prepped so they didn’t have to waste time doing small things I could do myself. I put off some errands to be here when they showed up and no one ever showed up. No one called me. I just sat around waiting and finally called around 4:00 but no one answered. I left a message and still have not received any answer or call back. This was very disappointing to me, as I have had surgery and have rheumatoid arthritis and so just needed some help with some of the more major cleaning jobs and it seems to be so hard to find anyone to follow through these days. We found this company at their booth at the Shelton Expo. They were extremely polite and professional. Not only that, but when I explained my situation, they offered their help with my time-sensitive project. I'm moving and selling my house in a month and my shower had recently cracked. I called the following Monday, Caleb came out to look at the situation, and they scheduled me for the week after. Caleb, Lee, and Jason all came out to work on the shower. They diagnosed a few shortfalls with the previous installation and, instead of doing the bare minimum to just get the new shower put in, they fixed those to avoid future problems. I'd recommend these guys a thousand times, especially after bad experiences with other freelance general contractors. The work they did was absolutely worth the price.
