Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Shepherdsville

First of all I worked here and just got fired over having a disability I was raised to 13$ an hour with a manager position I just got fired because I told her of my disability my p.t.s.d and depression I shouldn't have told my general manager of it the last day I worked was Friday April 19th she wanted me to run the kitchen by myself on on of the busyest days of the week she had to come back and help me because the don't hardly have any enployee's to work most call in or quit she then has the grill and everything pulled out to mess me up on my orders and laughs about it she found out one of her enployee's lost the second job so she told me she has to take away the managers position from me because I was to slow and my disability was interfereing with my job she screamed at me told me I was fired after I told her she couldn't do that she told me to bring my shirt and name tag and my clock in card back so when I did she snatched it from me really aggressively I'm really upset Ashley is hurting my bills I have text messaging showing her and Steve were trying to beat me out of money because they thought I was slow this is really messing with my anxiety, depression, and my p.t.s.d I've been having panic attacks because I'm worried I take care of my dad he is 64 years old and he's on a breathing machine he had bell pausey they refuse to give me a lunch on some days I was getting dizzy at work working by myself somtimes and Ashley didn't care she let me have food to take home everyone eles ate there that's the only blessing I got there I have text messages on my phone with Ashley trying to lie about the money I am owed this place is a disaster beware they have a timer that don't cook burgers all the way the don't change there grease in the fryers for 2 or 3 weeks they they give out old toppings for hamburgers labels sometimes 2 weeks old mold on bread they don't let the timers go off before taking food out the deep fryers they put burgers chicken hotdogs in the refrigerator to serve customers the next day most customers get...

The worst experience at a Sonic ever! I never write bad reviews an rarely call a manager but this is beyond ridiculous. We drove from Fairdale to this sonic and arrived at 9:33 we pressed our red button at aprox 9:38 we finally had someone answer at 9:51 & ordered a coney meal #7 and the girl came over and said I'm sorry our grill is already closed. (Coneys don't come from the grill. ) After explaining that to her I proceeded to order it large and she said they were out of large cups. I then ordered a #10 crispy chicken sandwich again she told me the grill was down and only fryers were on (smdh again I repeated that I wanted the #10 CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH MEAL with mustard, onions and pickles added to it on Texas toast) then another girl came on to take over and I continued to order my meal and asked for a vanilla dr pepper....... surprise surprise they were out of dr pepper and I couldn't order my son his wacky pack meal bc.... you guessed the grill was off.(so mc Donald's it was for him) when we recieved our old fryer only food I opened my sandwich that I asked to have mustard onions and pickles ADDED to and why am I not surprised that it had ONLY mustard onions and pickles without the stuff that normally comes on it lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. In addition We completed our order by 9:57 the lights went off at 9:58 & all the employees were out smoking except for the one girl who delivered our food. I hope that a manager will turn this place around because there are not many...

Get up to order at the drive-through window and the woman taking the orders tonight was very disrespectful and rude to begin with then everything we initially wanted to order they were out of how convenient. So we still decide to order and we were told that what we were waiting to now order would take 15 to 20 minutes, OK that’s fine we’ll wait, the reasoning for it taking so long is quote “everything is made to order“ again totally fine with that. But please tell me how after spending $36.14 and waiting nearly 30 minutes for food wow three cars behind us received their meals before we did our sauced jumbo popcorn chicken that was made to order is freezing cold and our mozzarella sticks were complete empty shells!!! No mozzarella not a shredded cheese inside of it complete shells just breading!!! Call corporate because this is just beyond ridiculous and now we are awaiting a call back from the store front to receive our refund. Now I completely understand why every single review of this store is horrendous because that’s exactly what the store is, The reviews are an exact representation of the store! I truly hope for the sake of sonic restaurants and the sake of having one in our little town they can get it together because we love sonic but we will not be returning to this one!!!
