They are too busy to provide service. I walked in their store one day in September. Spoke with a man there that told me he was not familiar with my car and that I needed to speak with Brian. Well, I called the next day. Spoke with Brian for about 15 minutes. Explained that I wanted a 5 channel amp and sub installed. Brian stated he needed to gather info on my car and call me back in a "couple days". I waited the couple days...I actually waited almost a month. Thinking maybe he'd forgotten about me or perhaps lost my info, stuff happens, I called again and got the original guy on the phone. He tells me they're slammed, next available opening is December 6th. I said PLEASE...put me on the schedule! He says no, I cant. I have to have you talk to Brian. I had a disappointing experience at Hi-Tek Audio. The staff was incredibly rude and treated me like I didn’t understand anything about car audio. Instead of offering help or explanations, they were condescending and dismissive. When I asked about the original speaker price they told me it doesn’t matter. It felt like they had no interest in providing good customer service, and I left feeling frustrated. I wouldn't recommend Hi-Tech Audio to anyone looking for a positive and respectful experience. Started out with a single 12 and wanted to add a little more so they convinced me to down grade my sub model to handle 2 subs which I did and that pair blew they replaced them and they blew again and now they will not warranty them because they have already been warrantied once. But in the same scenario if you buy a pc and it breaks they replace it, if it breaks again they will replace it until the warranty is up. I will have to find another audio shop that will honor their warranties. If it's a 1 year warranty then it's good for one year. I will never...
