Ni Ni’s Cafe — Restaurant in Sherman

Edit. I go here almost every week sometime multiple times a week. Service has went really down hillwith the twin girls at the front. My bowl was made incorrectly or they gave me someone else it's literally rice soaked in red salsa missing the normal ingredients .

I came in and ordered the same i always do togo and iced coffee. I watched three people who ordered after me leave before me ... I actually think she gave the other girl my food . they got thier drinks made thier bowls and bowls made with thier drinks right away but not mine.....i. Waited close to 40 minutes still no food . Politely Bring my receipt to the girl to check and she was rude just said they where busy and was rude about it for no reason. Yeah busy forgetting my order. she made my stuff then and the bowl is trash. It's missing ingredients and mostly red salsa over rice. There is no need for her to be rude to me for asking nicely and purposely ruining my food. I will not be back. Trash service nd food . I also will be changing my previous review that has thousands of views for this place as it has went down hill.this was the worst experience I have had at a food place in a long time. update they gave us a partial refund*If I could give the food ZERO stars I would. The place is very nice and the staff very polite…until you have an issue. Me and two friends tried this place for lunch each of us ordered the Shaggy dog and one crunchy California roll. When they brought out the food the rolls looked absolutely delicious however, they ALL TASTED HORRIBLE. We eat sushi all the time and have literally never tasted anything like that. Not sure if it was bad or what but when we told the staff they refused any refund or preperation of other food as “ no one else has complained” we don’t usually complain so we went about our day and left the restaurant.
