I can only say, "It's okay". Our first visit to this store, we definitely were not flogged by sales reps! In fact, we went around the entire store, looking for living room furniture with not one single person approaching us! We have an empty room, ready to be filled at home, and it wasn't until we were walking OUT of the store that someone asked us if we had been told how their pricing works. Had we known from the start, we might have made our decision right there in that store! The prices we'd seen seemed very high, but turned out to not be the actual price. Since we were staying in town for the night, we decided that we'd have Sunday Brunch and swing back by and give them a 2nd try the next day. After the pricing had been explained, we thought it might be worth another look, and we might have a better experience the 2nd time around. Nope! We found 2 sets that we were VERY interested in and trying to decide between, but had NO idea how their warranty works, if they deliver, or if either of the sets were in stock! When paying $3,000-$6,000 on something, I do prefer to have a little bit of assistance. I'm fine if they want to stand back after giving me the information I need. This business must not be very concerned about actually making sales, gaining new customers, or customers that will become repeat customers. We like to find good businesses and continue doing business with them. Maybe my lack of makeup that weekend made them think we didn't have that kind of money? Who knows? Hopefully, others have a better experience than we did! I'd give less stars, but maybe they have a fabulous warranty and delivery...we'll never know. We're going elsewhere to...
Read moreThe people are great, they ( She ) spent a lot of time with me. It took me a long time to decide, and she spent most of the time helping me decide, beyond the limit and finally told me she was going to let me be for a bit, not so too other customers, just to narrow it down like she said and keep looking and sitting and narrow down more etc. Anyway I made up my mind, she did know that I needed furniture ASAP. They closed at 7, it was after 5 or so and she found a gap to deliver right then and now, on a cold rain day.I raced home. The guys got there with y directions because my house is not on the GPS maps.
BUT!!!! THIS IS WHY 2 STARS !! :( It was tight quarters getting it in, and after a bit they call one of the manager’s to get advice on getting it in already after making some damage to a brand new house. He never responded right back, so they continued making more damage to the house. The manager finally called back 30/40 min later, getting the simple advice two undo 2 bolts to take the 3rd section off of a 3 section long recliner couch. ANYWAY, got out in the room, THEY TOOK PICTURES OF ALL THE SKUFFS AND DAMAGE TO HOUSE. Not major BUT A LOT (SHEET ROCK & DOOR TRIM),DOWN TO THE BARE WOOD. NEVER GOT BACK WITH ME AND THE MOST FRUSTRATION PART IT’S THAT ALMOST A MONTH LATER THE TEXTED ME FOR A REVIEW AND THERE NUMBER, I TEXT THEM TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO DO RIGHT WITH THE REMINDER OF WHAT HAPPENED ANDANTES RETURN NUMBER, BUT NEVER HEARD FROM THEM! I NEVER DID THERE REVIEW FROM THE TEXT....SOOOOO, HERE’S YOUR REVIEW!!!!!!

We wanted to wait and make sure we liked the feel of the loveseat before buying the sofa. However, when we returned for the sofa we were told it was discontinued (mind you, this was only 4 months later).So we tried to find one that was close, but when we found one ,we were told they wouldn't sell the floor model. We went to 3 more stores and had similar results . We stopped at Signature to see what we might find.We didn't find anything similar to our loveseat. But on the way out, Carole stopped us, and we explained what had happened. After listening to our story, she said I might have your sofa. We were elated, and she asked us to send a picture and the serial number from our loveseat to her personal cell phone. I did as soon as I got home. She replied that she had it and it was almost $400 cheaper than the name brand computer's rate. Carole didn't have to do any of that she was busy, but she took the time to go...
