It seems I am not the only person experiencing the rude behaviors from the old man that works the night shift, which is kind of disappointing that after all this time, he hasn't fixed his attitude or been fired for not respecting his customers. Tonight, all I had on my order was a chocolate shake, but I placed it online. He said it wasn't popping up on his screen, and I tried asking him that if I showed him my online receipt whether he would accept that or not. It would've been fine if he said he didn't. I just wanted to know whether my online receipts were useless, so I wouldn't order online again. He was so rude, didn't even let me get a word out. I told him I wasn't trying to give him a hard time but that he was giving me an attitude. He told me, literally yelling, he wasn't giving me an attitude. I just stayed quiet. All I wanted was a craving after my own fast food shift. How disappointing to be treated this way. I never take the time to write reviews either, but holy. Don't go here at night. Save yourself the headache.
Update: same man gave my DoorDasher a hard time. I honestly don’t know how he still has a job. This Jack in the Box doesn’t care about customer service whatsoever. Read moreJack In The Box On Texoma parkway has very poor service. On 6/9/20 I took my kids to get food. Granted it was late, you would think that would make service be faster but it didnt. They waited in the lobby almost 40 mins for their food. I finally went in to see what the hold up was after about 25 mins. There was an employee slamming thing on the counter and complaining about the fact that she was there "alone" when we could clearly see two other employees. I asked her if she had worked in fast food before and she said she had. In fact she had worked for Jack in the box prior. I was now puzzled as to what the problem was. Mind you there were people in drive thru also waiting for food and cars waiting to order the entire time. Needless to say when my kids got their food it was cold. We took it to 1417 and I explained what had happened. They replaced the entire order after letting me know that the burgers were not even cooked. I also put in a complaint to the manager of both stores. Oh and did I mention that employee walked out of this store (quitting her job) as we left. As a customer is trying to explain a situation, its best to be quiet and let the customer explain. Will need to learn how to take an order as well. We ordered what should have been 4 jumbo jacks, the 2 for 6. We repeated this several times to the employee.. The order was for my mom, dad and myself. We got 2 total Jumbo Jacks. Supposed to have 2 lg regular fries. We got curly instead. As my mom and I tried to explain to the employee the mix up, she continuously cut us off and interupted us. Due to this, we left.
