Horrible customer service! Elizabeth was so rude to me from the second I walked in the door, she discriminated against me immediately and when I asked for prices on a product, she seemed irritated and had me wait several minutes to tell me the bottle of cleaner was $16 when she reached for it I noticed they also had smaller bottles. To save money I said “oh can I get a smaller one instead” she got annoyed again and grabbed the bottle, not telling me the price she asked me to insert the card, when I asked how much for the smaller bottle she told me $16. I said it’s the same as the big one? “YES!” Really? Ya she says “if you don’t like it you can take it up with the management tomorrow” I said, okay so they’re both $16 “oh no the bigger one is more” she now says. Suspicious, I asked for a receipt, she angrily printed me a blank piece of paper when I told her it was not the receipt she got ver upset and demanded I just get a refund. I said I just want the receipt, she was extremely upset at this point and told me my refund had been completed. However, I got NO REFUND and no cleaner. Worst...

I came by on Friday 1/19/2024. Whilst having an incredibly courteous gentleman helping me; I must admit I very underwhelmed with the Geek Bar Pulse I bought.

I was told it had 7500 to 15000 puffs depending on the strength that I used. He informed me that the lower setting would support the 15000 puffs etc. (which lower setting is best) I opened this new box up on Sunday 1/21/2024 and I am at 60 “%” of puffs left. Not to mention it doesn’t stay charged! I work all day and not able to vape; there is no way I’ve vaped that much since Sunday to today, Thursday 1/25/2024. If that were the case, I’d be coughing up my lungs!

Absolutely amazing establishment!!! Never have I never have had such outstanding service from another shop. Everything is priced in a way that is very much fair to the consumer, and the owner is very friendly to all who enter, kids included. Any questions about any products were answered with thorough explanations, and I never at any point felt I was being taken advantage of. They have a growing collection of products outside of just vaping that many nerds will LOVE. I moved to Sherman looking for a new smoke shop to return to, and both my girlfriend and I WILL be coming back again. Looking forward to...
