My review of this place used to be five stars. My wife and I have been eating here two or three times per week since we moved to Sherman. The lady who runs this place is incredibly rude and super stingy with the salsa. We like to put BOTH red AND green sauce on our burritos but she likes to fight with us and say we can only have one per burrito. I have even offered to pay $10 per cup of salsa and she just would not give in. I should not have to share my cup of salsa with whoever I'm eating with and if I want both types of salsa on my burritos what's the problem!? My wife is Hispanic and knows how to make this stuff! The dehydrated peppers it's made from are literally cheaper than dirt and you wont let me have both salas for my burrito, even if I pay $10 per cup!? I don't think I'm the one being unreasonable here. The man, who I assume is her husband, has always been super nice to us and never given us any problems. But the woman ruined our experience here forever. I will never eat here again because, even if I do get what I want from them, I'm afraid it'll have spit in it. That reminds me, a couple weeks ago I also found a long black hair in my burrito (because the lady doesn't wear a hair net) and I didn't take my burrito back or complain because that was the only time it had ever happened in years of us eating here so I didn't want to make a big deal about it. I just threw the burrito in the trash and didn't have breakfast that day. But refusing me the reasonable amount of salsa I asked for to make my burrito taste the way I like it pushed me over the edge. My morning, as well as my appetite, was ruined. We're NEVER coming back here. You lost 2 long time customers over a cup of salsa that cost you maybe 5...
Read moreBreakfast burritos used to hold my review at 5 stars, but I'm done fighting with a company to sell ME more of THEIR product. Every time I go to pick up my order, I ask the woman at the window(same woman every time, gold tooth), Can I please have one red sauce and one green sauce for each breakfast burrito I purchased? You would think that's no problem right? Even if only one sauce is included in the sale price of the burrito, an extra sauce would just cost extra. That's totally normal and to be expected and I would gladly pay it because I enjoy the salsas they make. No. No, no, no. This woman insists that I only NEED one salsa per burrito. She fights me almost every time and every time I tell her, just charge me extra. I don't really care about your opinion of how much salsa I SHOULD use on my burrito. I mean have you seen the amount of ranch people put on pizza? In conclusion, I love the food but you're not gonna tell me how much freakin salsa I'M ALLOWED to put on my burrito. Why will you not just charge extra and hush? I...
