I was excited to shop at this boutique as I’ve heard great reviews. Unfortunately after checking my receipt I spent $70 on a pair of inspired Chanel earrings. They’re not authentic obviously but I am not the type of shopper that often price checks items I know I can afford but I called the store to at least get an store credit which I didn’t want to make an issue about the earrings. The associate and the manager told me all sales are final no exchanges or store credits so basically all of the nice energy the workers provided while I was shopping went out of the door once I swiped my card and left. I was only 15 minutes up the road. I hate leaving reviews and I don’t want to be that customer but this boutique started off as sunshine and ended with nonchalant attitudes. Read moreI was a loyal customer here for years. I bought a dress for a Christmas party on a Tuesday around 3 pm. Once I Tried it on at home I realized that I did not care for how I looked in it in my lighting at home where the party would be. I was uncomfortable with how tight it was from the beginning but the sales girls were so friendly and encouraging that I hesitantly bought it. I brought it back the next day right after they opened with all the tags attached and everything. They refused to not only give me my money back but not even allow me to exchange it for a different dress. I could have understood this if I had bought it on a Friday or Saturday but I thought this was very sad and not a way to treat a loyal customer. I even contacted the owner personally and they would not make an exception to even just exchange the dress for one that fit me better. Anyway, I have never been back and never will go back. Read moreIf I were able to give this store zero stars I would. The customer service is terrible. The staff has zero knowledge on what’s “fashionable”. Their prices are literally at least at 75% mark up. I have been to a lot of similar boutiques in the surrounding areas and LBD is by far the worst. The majority of the other boutiques make you feel welcome. LBD thinks they are above others and they make you feel less than. As a military spouse I will say this has been my worst experience compared to the many locations we have lived. I wouldn’t recommend this boutique to anyone and I will ensure my friends know to avoid it. If a store has no returns or exchanges on any of their items keep in mind that there must be a reason for it. Why would they want you to return their overpriced stuff?!
