I had the pleasure of shopping at Bloomies today, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received from Ardis. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for. Ardis was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and helped me find exactly what I needed, all while making recommendations that I hadn’t even considered but turned out to be perfect.
She checked in on me on multiple occasions and even at the check out line to say goodbye! She truly made my experience worth it. Not to mention she was so pleasant, kind, and helpful even going above and beyond to check the back of the store (for two pairs of jeans that I wanted) I Highly recommend and hope Ardis receives recognition as she’s a great asset to your store.
If it weren’t for Ardis I wouldn’t have returned as the first interaction I had with an employee was far from pleasant. I asked for assistance and the tall, dark haired woman in the jewelry department said “I guess”….. to where I walked away and out of the store. As a business owner myself I couldn't fathom my employee speaking to clientele the way she spoke to me. I’m glad I have Bloomies another chance as I was able to meet Ardis. I bought $14,875 worth of jewelry on 1/25. a temple st. clair bracelet was part of that. the bracelet was too big so they offered to send it out to have it shortened. the associate said it would take "a couple weeks" on 2/14 I called to see what the ETA was. associate said she would call back. she didn't. I called again on the 15th. spoke to different associate who was helpful but gave me bad news. said the repair would take an addl 4-6 weeks. I said, ok, I want my money back. I called 4 more times. eventually called temple st. clair myself. at no point did a manager call me. I had to give the phone number for TSC to the sales associate. she said I would get $50 gift card for my trouble. ??? $14,875. anyway, long story short. I will not shop there again. terrible...
