Cochise Crossroads — Local services in Sierra Vista

I live close to this location and have walked around this place for years. It's not as bad as people say and the majority of the negative reviews seem to be focused on Target. Personally, as someone who's frequented the various establishments here - Target included - I can say that I've never had a negative experience here. I will admit that Target has some crazy prices, but it won't discourage me from coming back in the future. As far as the other stores are concerned, I can only recall going a few. If that one furniture store next to Target is part of the Cochise Crossroads, I will say that the one time I went there, I had a bad experience. I went in to help one of my siblings with their mattress order and the lady there was unfriendly and seemed distracted. It turns out that before we left, she was waiting for a sandwich another coworker of hers was going out to grab. I understand she's a person and we all need to eat. I've worked retail too, so I understand how the feeling can be, but it's unprofessional and rude to treat your customers with disrespect when they haven't done anything to you. It's unprofessional to show that you'd rather eat a sandwich than help a customer. I've never done and I expect the same from people who are working. Many people would love to have her job, so she should take it more seriously. As far as anything else part of Cochise Crossroads is considered, I've either never been there, or have nothing to say regarding those...

My wife and I went to Fry's. We usually order on line and pick up which has always been a pleasant experience and never had any problems with our order or substitute items. If you are anything like me you are always racing against the clock. Well it did not work in my favor last week and I was 15 minutes late. Now I can only say an issue came up which made my wife and I late but the story gets funnier. We forget people who work on the clock do have to go home and they did. 8:15pm we are in the fry's parking lot called the number and found we don't get groceries tonight everyone has left the building and was told you have to call tomorrow. We called and spoke with Patrick no problem come at 445pm. He was so nice but told us our groceries had been put back on the shelf. You know I wondered......hmmm. we had until 8pm to pick them up the next day. He remedied the situation and a week later we went shopping. Fry's has always been a store in which I find to be good in keeping their word, treat you always with a smile and respect. They do have great prices produce and meat. Thank you Patrick for taking care of us and from now on I am going to read the fine print for pick up times. I still laugh...

I was at the Pet smart in the Grooming. I am in a motorhome. I left my headlights on. Well I was dead dead so I have triple AAA pay a lot more for motorhome. First the dispatch said when I gave the address. I was wrong his system said another address. This call had been in the process for 30 mins. My phone dies. Of course right. I turn he generator on get a bar phone rings. The driver....get him right address and five mins he is there. The motorhome has three battery's. The guy went gray. He must not know which one. He comes over to me said I need better equipment and left. That was 12:30. Now its five phone dead. No help now what. I went to the grooming and told my story. One gal took my phone the other was calling her husband to come jump me. Then the one who had my phone paged two people. The next thing I know this young man is pulling car over to try his luck . well not enough power. Then here comes another person. Son of the groomer with my phone. This is the most selfless crew. I'm forever grateful. Please if you read this ho there. Help keep these amazing people employed. I only wish I would have gotten names. Only on the son Matt. I could say much more about these real people I'm forever...
