As for the mattress? I’d give it five stars. Ten if I had the option. My frustration is in the way it was explained. I can only upgrade once I make my purchase. I had a King size bed and we decided to get the Queen with mattress firm. We figured we can only upgrade, why not. I’ve had the mattress for a few weeks and honestly, absolutely love it. I had neck surgery a few yrs back and had been waking up with neck and shoulder pain since. With the mattress I got from you, all that is gone. However, we realized we do in fact need a King size. I went in to talk to your reps and was told I can’t. I can upgrade my mattress, but would have to buy another frame. That perhaps it was a misunderstanding when I made the purchase. You have a solid product, why misdirect with your sales?? I was told by the second rep to look at my contract.. again, the way it was verbally presented made it seem like I could upgrade. I would normally return the mattress and eat the frame cost. But as I mentioned, the mattress and pillow has helped me a lot. I was also told the second visit that they would call higher and see what they said. Nothing. Again, great product, bad representation. I just don’t see a reason to be misleading or dishonest when you have a product that works so well.

Update. I spoke to the store manager and she was able to help me out. I was able to upgrade my bed to a king size and paid the restocking fee which I was aware of. Like I stated before and still stands true, I absolutely love this mattress and pillow. I have been sleeping pain free since I got it. I highly recommend upgrading your mattress if you need relief. I have seen many videos saying they are high priced which I guess? Maybe? But the reason I recommend it is because you can go and lay on every mattress and find what works for you. The mattress I got, I’d rate 5++ stars. But you may give a zero because it’s not what you need. The only way you’ll find out what works for you is actually trying them in store. Yes you can buy a less expensive mattress online. But you will not know if it works until you get it. So why not experience it first, then buy. With all that being said.. talk to the store manager for straightforward answers. I guess the reps I talked to were temp associates there from other stores who gave me mixed information. Update: May 2022 This store did it again... I've purchased 3 mattresses from this store in the 17yrs I've lived here. I usually buy from Elahe... But this time Morgan helped me out and made the sale... his attention to detail (what I need and how I sleep) and great customer service sealed the deal and I walked out with a great new bed and platform for my current bed (now the guest room bed)... Thank you, Morgan. I hope to continue to add to this review at the 5-star level again in the future... Hopefully not too soon though.. needs are definitely expensive these days.

Old Review: first, I want to be clear, even though it should obvious, that I'm rating the store by Target... read some reviews where people rated the wrong store.

Pros: 4-month guarantee friendly knowledgeable staff great selection New Bed!

Cons: can be pricey delivery is from Tucson and can take days

The sales lady we dealt with, Elahe, is very helpful and really seemed to understand the products she sells. We made our first purchase back in April 2017.. weren't fully satisfied with the bed and went back today (02Aug) to switch it out using their 4 month guarantee (great concept for the consumer). We dealt with Elahe again, and again she was knowledgeable and great to deal with. We got to compare the bed we originally bought with the other floor models which was a huge advantage to us when it came to comparing out existing bed because it was on the floor. needless to say we found our next and likely last bed for the next 8-10 years! it's hard to beat having your current bed model on the sales floor for comparing comfort but shopping at Matress Firm allowed us this advantage so we win by hopefully finally getting some good sleep!

UPDATE: After a phone call to the Better Business Bureau, a call from Mattress Firm Corporate, and a chat with the store manager, MF Sierra Vista finally did the right thing and provided a refund, less the $99.99 delivery fee, for the defective mattress.

My family recently purchased two mattresses at Mattress Firm here in Sierra Vista at a total cost of approximately $2794. The sales staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in helping to choose the correct mattresses. Upon delivery of the first mattress, it was discovered to have a hole in the top cover, and has been replaced by mattress firm. When the second mattress was delivered we observed a noticeable hump across the middle and obvious low spots in the corners, unlike the one we tried in the showroom. The delivery driver informed us this was caused due to the way it was hauled in the truck, and would regain its shape in a short time. Two days later it has not regained its shape and is like trying to sleep on uneven ground. Your midsection is noticeably higher than your feet and head, as the foot and head are much lower and softer than the hump across the middle. After sharing our concerns and photos with Mattress Firm in Sierra Vista, we were informed that this is normal, and that the mattress was designed this way by Sealy, and that they would not replace it. Phoned Sealy, the manufacturer, we were informed that their mattresses should not have mountains and valleys, should be flat, and were NOT designed this way, and that it is a defective mattress.
