Let me make this clear.. when a promotion is posted in the aisle and made clear in black and white on the target app and then guest relations goes against it and tries to argue with a customer it doesnât work well for me. On January 31st I participated in the promotion spend $100 get a $20 gift card. As clear in black and white on the app itâs on a similac product, which is what I purchased. The three females this was brought upon was Mallory, Larassa, and a Christine from HR. Mallory and Larassa went about the situation negativity and did not try to solve or overcome the issue given I was right, with substantial evidence. They went ahead and continued to say, well the promotion days not on a similac product so sorry we canât just issue a gift card ⌠and as posted below ON THE TARGET APP itâs on a SIMILAC product⌠I dont expect Larassa , a regular employee to take it upon themselves to correct the problem but a MANAGER and HR person⌠cmon now. Learn your roles and your titles and job description better. Youâre there to HELP a guest not argue and make their experience bad. ESPECIALLY when the issue is upon the people who run the target app.. that isnât my fault. Never EVER have issues with this target or the guest relationships team so this was very disappointing to experience and I hope something is corrected upon them because that is not right to argue with a guest when they have proof of being correct then still tell them to their FACE...
   Read moreThe prices are way too high. There aren't any sales any more and there are never any Red Circle savings like there use to be. My daughter wanted to meet a friend at Target and shop with her for a few hours and I thought okay, I'll give Target another try and really go down the aisles to see if there are any reasonable prices. Waste of time and then I wanted to go sit and have a coffee to wait for them and the entire sitting area around the cafe and Starbucks was still roped off. You had no chairs available. Bathrooms are open, finally the changing rooms are open. Why isn't the eating area open? Everyone was waiting for their drink and standing so close together because of the roped off area. It would have been much safer for social distancing if there were tables and chairs. We left early and went...
   Read moreThis store is pretty good since itâs not too overcrowded like the ones in tucson and typically has good stock and people who are helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise sometimes itâs just the simple hello would you like us to help you find anything that goes along way compared to some stores you have to chase the employees down and beg for forgiveness for. Othering them to point out the right general area before they call in the next time due to being overworked from having to answer one question we donât have to name names but itâs that other huge retailer sort of across the way and has door receipts takers who think everyone is stealing no we just tired of killing Mother Nature with your 10 year lasting plastic bags.
