Starbucks — Restaurant in Sierra Vista

Update, I have no idea why my review is not appearing in the other location. So I'm going to add it here as well. Before I do, I will say this much, it bothers me when people are quick to post a negative review over simple issues but slow as snails to give kudos or credit when they have wonderful experiences. We have had excellent experience here as well. Below this line is about the other Frys location.

Well, the new changes are pretty snazzy (yes, I said snazzy) What makes this location stand out for the other 2 locations to me is the absolute amazing 👏🏽 customer service we receive from Aliese is Jedi Master level. She knows my wife's multiple orders and at times have had the order completed by the time we are finished paying. Super friendly team all around. If your drink is not up to par, they will remake it. We have yet to come across this issue ourselves, however, when trying new things to even be told this is just impressive. We have been closer to the Starbucks further away and will reroute to this location for that level of service. Keep up the excellent work, we truly...

If my review were based on the staff it would be a strong 5 stars. These baristas work VERY hard. They make the best coffee and consistently. However, my low rating is based on the fact that the owner chooses to operate with low staffing. This translates to LONG wait times and exasperated staff that I witness running around like crazy trying to fill orders both in person and drive up. Many times there is only 1 barista working. If your lucky there will be 2 working. As a customer this tells me that this corporation places little value on the customer experience. Hire and schedule...

used to love going to this location out of all the three locations in this town and now i hate it. i get it, starbucks baristas are known for disliking their job but everytime the really short girl w short brown hair takes my order she acts like i slapped her in the face when im just ordering ONE simple drink. or will make comments on how many food items youre getting. definitely confirmed for me that ill drive to safeway which is the one farthest away from me because all the girls there make the drinks GOOD and have good customer service and won’t judge you for the food items...
