This mall, like others in the USA, is really struggling. Many shops are empty and the hours are limited. I thought I would wander around while I was waiting for my movie to start, but even though the mall was open for another 90 minutes, most stores were closed with lights off and gates pulled down. It felt like Tombstone would be without a cool movie as it's reason for existing. The food court was open and clean but it looks like they mostly just feed vendors. I've been there twice but I've never seen anyone carry purchase bags out. WiFi is free and decent speed and the temperature was great. I sat at the food court for a few hours with no issues on a Sunday. I saw at least two security guards, so that is still engaged. I was one of 2 customers the whole day. (I would have loved a coffee but they were closed.) I would say due to the lack of customers and options to shop, the two best uses are food court for a temporary office with free wifi and walking the hallways for exercising. (As the hallways are unimpeded with people.) If I owned the place, I would make it a place for teens (gaming lounges , "dance clubs" , underage only bars, podcast and video studios to create social media, etc), for seniors (daycare and events) and for "littles" (daycares and play area). I'd even offer spaces for free for a year just to fill spaces and create customer habits, otherwise it'll become a flea market within 5 years and torn down as too expensive to operate. (Like...

Read moreNow I found out about Plaza Vista Mall. This mall is located just next to Cochise Crossroad on Hwy 90 where Target is. Plaza Vista Mall is much better than Cochise Crossroad.
Plaza Vista Mall includes wide parking lot. I feel good about it where Marshall and Ross department stores, a couple of lady's stuff specialized stores, Planet Gym national chain, Burger King, and famous Chinese cuisine Hibachi-- name sounds like Japanese, but it's Chinese food "all you can it" place.
As I said I like its parking lot in the center of the mall and businesses are lined up around the wide parking. I like this kind...
