We were on the hunt for a patio set that made sense with the color scheme of our pool deck. When we went into the showroom, we almost instantly fell in love with this entire line. Knowing this was going to be a big order, the sales associate Janette really took her time with us and made sure we understood what we were getting, the warranties associated with the purchase and walked us through the whole process.
When it came time for delivery, we had to push back our date due to our pool area not being complete. Rooms to Go was more than willing to help us and accurately pushed back our date.
Upon the delayed delivery date, I must say, their system of being able to track the delivery took all the guess work out of our day (from a consumer standpoint). It's so nice to be able to have a full time job (with lots of meetings) and be able to coordinate lunch hour with the delivery.
The delivery drivers showed up when the tracker said they would, it was the actual driver pictured in the tracker and they were efficient, super informative and when they say they offer white glove service, they mean it.
All our pieces came (there were 3 seperate orders) and all were completely as promised. No damage, no issues and nothing was missing.
I'd for sure refer anyone that is looking for patio furniture to shop here. Also, the prices-while I wish they were able to negotiate with us a little better, aren't astronomical. But just expect to pay the price that is listed. They will not budge on any discounts. (We were hoping to get say the chair pads for free for the dining set for spending so much money there on 3 seperate groups of furniture)-we didn't, we had to pay for them. However, the customer service was good and the products are very good quality. The color we chose was a navy (padding).
Side note: We bought the chaise padding elsewhere, as the store only offered 1 type and the color didn't match the rest of the set and the padding was not what we were looking for in terms of the thickness and quality.
Overall, 5☆ experience and will certainly refer out to them...
Read moreWhat started out great was unfortunately not the outcome. We have a mail missing from a piece of furniture and is warping the frame. Technician came out and told us that they would be replacing it since it is a manufacturing issue. Have called customer service for three weeks now and I’ll they keep saying is someone will call you back. I have explained no one is calling back and all they say is they can only email the supervisor and request for them to call us. The technician did say that if no one called me between 3 and 5 days of him being there that they would pull a fast one and start the process over again. I thought maybe he was just saying that because they sent him out during the storm but I’m afraid he was right.
Then got transferred to a SUPERVISOR Stephanie who was completely rude, spoke over me while I was trying to walk her through what happened. She just continue to talk over me and get aggressive which I know as a customer supervisor myself you need to be patient whether the customer is right or wrong. You have to listen to them talk it out so at the end of the call when I said, I hope she has a better day because it was 446 and I know that their customer service lines close at 5 so maybe she had a rough day, she said oh no I’m having a great day. I hope you have a better day and hung up. This was so disappointing as we did tell friends and family how amazing the patio furniture was and the customer service at the location we purchased but unfortunately, the rest of the company ruined it for them. Read moreBeing new to the area, my wife and I had the good fortune to pull into Carl’s Patio. It was our third stop. The other two were two very large indoor/outdoor furniture stores were a disappointment with their selection and available inventory. The minute we pulled into Carl’s, we could tell this would be different. It was. In fact it was only 20 minutes before closing time. Diego was the salesman on the floor. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He steered us the right way, to the best materials for our beach front home. We found two collections we liked for two different areas and I’m embarrassed to say, we had an huge order. So large was the order that we went right on through closing time and were there over another hour afterwards – on a Sunday night. Diego stayed and was happy to help us. Wonderful service. Only one item from our very large order was not available. Everywhere else we went beforehand, it was 6-8 weeks for everything. They had hardly anything on the floor to look at or in inventory for same week delivery. With friends coming, Carl’s loaned us a like piece of furniture for what we couldn’t get immediately. We had two different deliveries, both deliveries and delivery crews were very well done, prompt, and courteous.
