I had several issues dealing with this seller. She does not communicate well or accurately represent her items. Photos werent accurate and didnt display a significant blemish in the item. Photo lighting was inaccurate and altered item color. Requests to repair/discount the item due to inaccurate representation/damage were refused rudely. Since this was sold onljne, I turned on purchase protection as rec’d by Venmo. After I paid, seller insisted I send more $ for fees. Seller said she assumed I had shopped with her before and knew not to do that. I had not and was not aware. She admitted it was her mistake but refused to cover the $4 in fees herself. Love love love! I’m obsessed with this little shop! I have something from WHC in every room of my house. I’ve shopped several times both instore and online since moving to Sarasota and I have blown away by price, selection and service every single time! 👏 The shop it’s self is soooo cute truly a must see and a wonderful environment/experience (I even made friends with fellow shoppers) and shopping from either FB marketplace or IG stories is equally as rewarding. Items are always as described and in impeccable vintage condition.
