Culver’s — Restaurant in Florida

Manger has lied more than once, very sad, as drive through is busy during COV, more than once order was wrong, paid for Family size chili, with Cheddar cheese only received small 'cup' no cheese! Called complained after all paid for large item to feed more than 1 person, sure food is good used to enjoy it but this past year so many times the order was wrong /small size after paying for large. Manager agreed to to send coupons never arrived. Then happened again, manager ignored the issue. We have had this happen 5 times this year. Even ordered Ice cream, which was handed to us when paying, waited 27 minutes for order family sized chili, watch other orders placed after us, pay pick up and leave while we sat in car waiting for chilli. Ice cream melted, disappointed tried sending ICE CREAM BACK TO STAY COLD, boy gave response 'food is made fresh to order?' I still don;t understand why he responded that way. Even Chili order was again wrong size. How many times can you rip client off then agree to give coupon? WE PAID FOR SOMETHING WE NEVER RECEIVED THE FULL ORDER JUST FRACTION OF. THEN EVEN HAVE MANAGER LIE, we question such a business, what else is going on behind closed doors? MANAGER CAN LIE, WHAT ELSE IS A LIE? I recently had the pleasure of dining at Culver's in Sarasota, FL, and I must say it was an excellent experience. I ordered the Culver's Deluxe burger with all the toppings, accompanied by a side of crinkle cut fries and mashed potatoes with gravy. To complete my meal, I enjoyed a refreshing Coke.

The food at Culver's was simply delicious. The Culver's Deluxe burger was cooked to perfection and came with a generous amount of toppings, creating a burst of flavors with every bite. The crinkle cut fries were crispy and satisfying, while the mashed potatoes with gravy provided a comforting and flavorful addition to the meal.

The cleanliness of the restaurant, both inside and outside, was noteworthy. It was evident that the staff took great care in maintaining a clean and inviting environment for diners. Additionally, the cashier was friendly and provided excellent service, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Good as always5/8/2025 update I'm not surenif this is under new managers but the last 2 times we had our order messed up. Items on the burgers that were NOT supposed to be. We place the order online and press I'm here when we are in the parking lot. We go in to get it at the requested time and wait an additional 20 to 30 mins. While the manager on duty is on her cell phone behind the registers. The last time I asked for the dms num and was told he would be there the next day and that she couldn't give me any contact info for him. I called and was told he would call me and they took my num from their caller ID. No call back and it's been a few days now. I've called corporate and they said the owner would be calling me and nothing from them either. I've tried calling back and now get hung up on. I'm guessing because they see my num and gang up continously. Now keep in mind this past time we went there was No one in the drive thru and no on ein the lobby. If I go in or go through the drive thru it never takes 30 mins over the time. So quality of service has gone down hill. We use to not have any of these issues at...
