I called to ask a specific question, to which the female who answered the phone muttered something to the extent of "Sry not good english" Ok I asked if anyone there spoke english.. she replied "no" so I then asked how can I ask about an item if no one there spoke english? Crickets...and hangs up... Is it me or do these type of stores just cater to ppl that can understand their language? Wat hap to hiring ppl who can read n write or understand some english? So they lose customers bc a store rep hangs up?? I usually can get my questions across to them but why have sumone answer the phone at the store who cant express any other words besides "No."..or "sry no english??" Not a good choice there and I wonder how many ppl they lose as potential...

I walked in on my lunch break and hey had some sausage samples for customers to try. I asked the sales associate what the difference between the two are and she was very dismissive stating “that’s why they’re out for you to try”. I really liked one of them and asked what a good cheese would be to pair with it and again, she was slightly rude and stated “that’s why you can try a sample”. Not sure if it was the cultural difference that made her come off as cold and unwilling to help, but the only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because I loved the sausage I ended up getting and they’re a local business. Everyone should shop locally! Should really try and improve customer service and employee knowledge. Keep in mind there is a $10 credit/debit...

They sell spoiled products. One time I tried to return a product I had bought 1 day before - but no chance. The seller tells she is not able to do it without a receipt. I am not used to keep a receipt in the USA...I tells the seller that the "Vobla" is only sold at this shop. No shops in Sarasota sells this kind of dried fish- the answer was: I cannot do anything. I ask for a owner but I am told he lives in Miami. I ask for a manager and I am told she is not here. That would be so easy just to refund a product for $4.X , but they do...
