My management company recently ordered a replacement oven for my unit. The delivery people, Ricardo and Jeuellz were professional courteous called when they were 25 minutes away to check and make sure it was okay to deliver and were here on time. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five, I was originally told that it would be 2 to 3 days from when the oven was ordered for it to be delivered which was not the case it was 8 days after the order was placed.
