Movers busted my walls!!! Chris the assistant Manager should a be fired. I bought over $3000 worth of furniture when the bar stools I ordered arrived i smelled a funny smell coming off of them but I thought maybe it was the box but when I saw the BIG warning sign saying may cause cancer and birth defects as I am already pregnant I brought them back to the store and told him I was pregnant and the smell bothered me please take them it has a chemical warning sign on them. He stuck me with the stool and told me to drive them a 15 minutes to another store when Julia at the main location in Gardenia told me he could have excepted the stools I’m still smelling them in the back of my car and I can hardly breathe

Assault? This only furthers my claim just be sure to refund everything that was returned which was 2 sets of stools and a vacuum that did not work.

As mentioned Chris should be fired he could have been more professional as well as the lady who claims she was assaulted after putting her body on my wagon which cared the 4 bar stools she tried to say was delivered by mistake attempting to PREVENT me from having access to the stool I brought into your wear house. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL I would not like to return to this sort of environment after investing over $3000 in one order.

And if anything is being left out it’s the part where I ALSO RECEIVED A DAMAGED LIGHT FIXTURE AS YOU ARE ALREADY AWARE NEEDS REPLACED…. But why would I return to such a low class environment

Horrible experiance , they sold me a infested box spring. I just moved into a new condo, and got all new furniture... i left the box spring in the factory sealed plastic as well as my new mattress in its factory sealed plastic. A month later i am doing spring cleaning ( i have allergies) and i see something moving inside the box spring when i lift it. It was infested with bugs. Just the box spring, there were no bugs on the new mattress (seeing as everything is sealed in its factory plastic) nor the new bed frame. Just bugs sealed in the box frame crawling inside the plastic. The managment of the new condos called a inspector who came out and looked at the whole condo (new condos) and it was spotless. They opened the facory seal and inspected the boxframe and there was bug poop inside that they said ( licensed professional) has been collecting for months. When i informed the manager at Naders he simple told me “ its not our problem” “ do what you want with it, its your property now” lol . Do NOT go to this place. Extremely rude and they are refusing to take responsibility. They wont take the box spring back nor give me my money back. Seeing as it was only $100 its not worth the legal fee’s for a small claims court. $100 loss 🤷🏽‍♂️ Smh do NOT go here! Delivered in a old truck with new matresses in the same truck as old picked up matresses, but they “do not know where the infestation came from” smh worst...

On Sunday my mom and I visited the store to buy a recliner and a coffee table. Chris was helping us at that moment. There was another family in there being helped by another sales person. They had walked out and came back in maybe changed their mind I don't know. We had everything picked out and we were ready to make the transaction Chris walks away from us says one moment and went and started helping this family. Totally took the sale from his coworker and left us hanging. I guess he was going to make a bigger commission off of these people so he totally blew us off. We sat for a few minutes in disbelief and walked out. I started to go to the other sales lady there but decided if that's the way they treat customers why give them my business at all. Maybe it was race related I have no clue either way Chris was very rude to his coworker and customer. Think twice before making a...
