This is an outstanding practice. I go to Silverdale Wellness for several services. The experiences have dramatically improved my sense of well-being and hope for a healthier future. I wish everyone had the opportunity to receive such compassionate, quality, holistic care.
First, I work with compassionate Janet, who helps me with fibromyalgia by using the Trifecta Light Bed. Janet has gone out of her way to work with the founders of this light therapy to adjust the light settings to maximize the healing process for me, reduce inflammation, and mitigate further fibromyalgia flairs.
Second, Dr. Lane, a top-notch chiropractor, has helped me recover from a lower back fusion and keeps me working towards a healthier life overall with comprehensive chiropractic care. As someone who lives on Zoom calls all day, I cannot imagine my pain if I didn't have Dr. Lane's expertise to keep me aligned (pun intended).
Third, I see Emily, owner of Ascend Health, who helps me manage multiple aspects of my physical and mental health. Emily is a very bright, kind Nurse Practitioner who is constantly researching best practices. She is passionate about helping patients "make their own magic" to live life to the fullest. And, because of her, I am on my way.
Finally, accolades to the welcoming and responsive staff who support these clinicians. Everyone is always greeted with a warm smile and friendly words. The office environment is calm and nurturing.

Read moreSaw an ad on social media for red light therapy and was very interested. So I booked a session online. First of all, contacting the person to get scheduled is difficult. If you call the office, they will tell you they can’t help you. I was frustrated at this point but still optimistic. When I finally got scheduled I was looking forward to my appointment. The day of the appointment came and I got a call asking for me to come in 3 hours earlier. I needed childcare for the appointment but said I would try to make it work on such short notice. I ended up figuring it out, and went to the appointment early like they had requested. Only I showed up and they told me “sorry, she left early.”
Then I didn’t get a call until almost a week later to reschedule and appointments were 3 weeks out when I will be traveling so I just requested a refund instead of dealing with the hassle again. Still haven’t received a refund. Tried to call the office asking for an update and they told me they couldn’t help me with it. So had to request a refund from my card company.
So very disappointed with the service here. So much...

Regarding the red light therapy, I had 102 sessions and paid in upwards of $8k. A complete scam in the long run. I asked for Dr Christman or Janet who manages the red light therapy, for a cover letter to submit and explain my red light therapy to the VA. They declined, then when I asked again, I was told "thank you so much for calling and clearing up this matter, I'll be happy to write you a cover letter." About 4 weeks later in several phone calls to follow up, I finally went in and received a letter which consisted of one sentence, signed Joseph Christman, with no credentials listed.
