I've had a very disappointing experience with this Hallmark. I was in the store maybe 2 weeks ago to buy a birthday card for my Mother. I really didn't like the service. First I walk in I get the "May I help you" by an employee, I say to her I'm here to buy a birthday card, the woman points & says it's to the back of the wall. I personally felt that it wasn't necessary to do all that. I prefer to come into the store get what I came for, pay than leave. I felt she was a bit pretentious & a bit phony. I pick out 2 cards within minutes I go to the front to pay ( or try to pay) When I'm waiting, and waiting, and waiting. A customer was in front of me with a purchase of 100 dollars. I remember. So I'm standing around feeling every bit of foolish, my back starts to hurt, I had to go on one knee it hurt so bad. Still not one clerk did a thing nor did someone even acknowledge me. Only 2 cards! For my 80 year old Mother. I was upset. I walked out the store leaving the two cards on an overhead rack! Had to order Mom's card online. Thanks Hallmark for ruining my...
Read moreWhile the store has lots of good items, I do not recommend shopping here. When I drove home last night, I found that my ornament was not in the bag. The employee did not bag it up for me and left it at his register.
I called the next day asking for a refund as I live far from the store, and the employee who I spoke to wanted my card information over the phone. When I gave it to her, I was told I gave it to her too slowly and she became frustrated with me. I don’t feel comfortable giving someone my card information over the phone where they could write it down and it could get into the wrong hands, so I declined. When I contacted corporate for a refund, they told me to contact the store. Ineffective processes lead to a bad customer experience.
Always check your bags to make sure you have everything if you do end up shopping here, and if you need a refund, dispute it with your bank to save hours of your life.

Read moreI will never shop at this location again! This evening I went in to this Hallmark store to make a return of an ornament l purchased from them a few weeks ago. The woman at the counter observed that the box was a little bit dented. I explained that when I purchased it the dent had been there but it was the only one I saw so I bought it. She went to her manager who can rushing out to tell me that they would not allow me to return the ornament due to the excessive damage. (I'd like to mention that the ornament inside the box is perfect never been touched.) I understand that not all stores can be like Nordstrom or Costco but seriously the two women working this evening lack quality...
