I am beyond disappointed with the level of service I received today from this place. I have been here a couple of times before and I've had great experiences. Upon my arrival the lady attempted to skip the complementary foot soak and rushed me to the room to get a "30 min" massage when I had made a reservation for a 50 min body massage. When I asked about the foot soak and why my time had been change she said that they didn't have enough time, that my facial was coming so they changed it. ME Spa is by far the best massage place in Simi Valley. You get the full blown spa experience without draining your wallet. They always seem to have great deals, especially on Groupon and Living Social. They allow returning customers to purchase these deals which is rare to find these days, most deals are usually for new customers only. My numerous experiences at ME Spa have always been top notch, all their staff members are excellent. I recommend requesting May as your masseuse. She took things to a whole other level. Received a 45 min. Ultimate PediCURE and I was sadly not impressed. It took almost 20 min just for the nail tech to paint my toes and then clean up the nail polish around the edges of my toes. The nail tech also cut my toe as she was filing. I jumped and said ouch, and she didn’t say anything, not even a sorry. I later noticed there was a small cut on one of my toes. She was nice otherwise, but I wouldn’t come back for a pedicure. I only felt relaxed when I received a 5 min massage on each leg. Not worth it.
