This post however humerous is 100% true of my experience on more than one occasion.
Literally the worst service and wait time I have ever experienced. The frist issue I will cover is the wait time not only do they claim every day has "game day wait" "so we just can give you the time you will be seated" so you say whatever I like there wings I'll wait. While youre waiting you figure let's walk the mall so you do and you walk around the corner to find two lines of empty tables and you're like we'll maybe they don't like outside seating or something. Then you look at the inside and there are enough tables to seat everyone on this game day wait. So you go in to talk to the nice people at the front desk who look like chickens with there heads cut off. And you try to explain to these fine chickens that there are open tables and they explain one of these two responses: well we just don't have the kitchen staff to prepare food for all the tables in our resturant. We have to stager for our kitchen. Or the later uhhhhhhhhhhhh let me take a look dude. I seriously doubt that the place that just has to make wings has a hard time producing food. But you're like fine I'll wait. And you do. And normally 30 to 45 minutes later you finally get seated. Only to find that the chickens are also serving you. And now we move on to our next issue the service. So you seat have a seat in the average chairs and you order your drink and in about fifteen minutes you get a drink but not from your server who you seems to have disappeared from the face of the earth. ( and this is just a disclaimer but savor your drink cause it's the only one you will get at bww because apparently they are suffering from a soda shortage comparable to the desserts of the sarengedi) another 10 mines go by and you're ready to order even though you where ready 15 minutes ago you are for sure ready now so your eyes go darting for your server. Who you finally notice has been standing staring at the corner of the drinks section. Apparently someone forgot to replace there batteries.so you manage to get you're servers attention by talking to a server with slightly more filled bateries. So you place your order finally after 30 minutes of sitting and you're well at least they staggered me so my food will come out quickly. Little did you know that that you would experience another 30 minute wait for food. At this point the soda us gone and you're just hoping that the ice cubes melt quickly so you don't die of dehydration waiting for your food and you don't know how you are going to eat hot wings without something to drink but that's a problem for 30 minutes from now. So at last the moment has come you're food as has hit your table. The assumption is that your problems are over. Suprise suprise it's not you realize that there is no celery or carrots or plates for your eaten wings or the ranch you ordered. So you ask for all of these things and guess what there are multiple cercomstances. They are either out of those things or the classic "I'm not your server ask them" or my personal favorite they bring these things at the end of your meal. And then you tip poorly and leave. Knowing you will be back next week for...
Read moreI havenât been to a BWW in years, now I know why. We were invited to eat here with some family for a celebratory dinner. Overall the atmosphere is decent.
After a bit of a wait, we placed our orders. I opted for the âall you can eat wingsâ deal. According to the card, it includes a choice of ten wings, fries, carrots & celeryâ.
The sever brought a tray with the wings and fries, but no carrots & celery. Beyond that, the fries were old and almost room temperature and the âwingsâ were mid at best.
When she came back about 20min later. I asked for a refill on water (nobody checked on us after the food was delivered), and another round of six wings, along with fresh fries. I also mentioned I never got my carrots & celery. I pointed it out on the menu.
She said I needed to request those when I placed my original order. I said can I get them now? She said yes, but you would have to pay for them. Wait, what? I had no words.
This is like saying you need to actually request the side salad when you order an entree that comes with a side salad. Like what? And here we are. I took a picture of the menu and it seems pretty straight forward. Not sure what the server was talking about, but I think she may need some additional training.
Note: I did bump my rating up due to the quick customer service response here from...
Read moreMe and my mom went to get food, and we hadnât been to wild wings in a while so we decided to go. We got seated very quickly, but it wasnât busy. There was probably 20 or less other people. That being said, it took a long time for our server to make her way to us to order drinks. I ordered ice water with lemon, and my mom ordered hot water with lemon. I got my water almost immediately, but my mom didnât. We sat there waiting for water and when it came out, it was as cold as my ice water. We told our waitress and her exact words were âwe are out of hot water so they just tried microwaving itâ and laughed. That was red flag number one. The prices have increased a lot since we have been there. When our food came out, it was lukewarm at best. I didnât want to cause any issues so me and my mom ate them. We got a 10 piece wing, 5 with garlic honey and 5 with mild buffalo sauce. The garlic honey was good, very similar to the teriyaki sauce they have. The mild though, tasted horrible. It tasted old and sour and bitter. My mom and I ate 3 each and stopped. We paid and went home. 30 minutes later, I felt super nauseous and threw up everything. Food was bad, service was bad, and the whole place felt odd. I am not sure if they got new owners, but quality has definitely gone down. We will not...
