I came in to the shop to have my watch fixed after accidentally submerging it and getting water inside. It is an invicta that my brother wore everywhere before he passed away. There was a significant amount of damage done to the mechanics. I told Victor that the watch was of such sentiment. I can not even adequately summarize how grateful for Victor I am. He did everything he could to replace only the damaged pieces (which required some truly intricate dissecting especially considering that it is an invicta) and within only a couple weeks, presented me with my brother’s watch again. Back up and running and even improved. My brother’s happy. Victor is always a delight to see. Great energy and genuinely respectful. And very friendly. The cost was more than reasonable. Thanks again. I will be relying on this shop...

Awesome place. I randomly looked up a watch shop as I needed to have my g shock repaired. It had stopped beeping after a battery replacement, but the spring was still in tact. Gave Victor a call and was assured that he'd be able to fix it. Brought it in a bit after lunch to beat the rush and was in and out in 20 minutes. He was able to figure out what was wrong and even pressure tested my watch! Stand up guy and all around professional who enjoys what he does. His shop definitely has some cool vintage watches on display! Will definitely come back here for any watch repairs...

I recently got engaged and my ring was designed by Mark. My fiancé’s family has been going to him with their jewelry for a few years. What an honest and hospitable person! Not only does he have an extensive collection present but is totally willing to work with you in designing something new! His designs are original and reasonably priced, too. When we initially went in to ring shop I had absolutely no idea what I was looking for, or at.. he was so knowledgeable and I am grateful for his advice.
