We called them about the furniture they said zan was out of work today. And was not in today and had us hold on the phone for 15 min's and got hung up on the phone 2 time in the middle of taking to josh was being so rude to the customers and saying we was rude to him. That is a lie and I hate liers .all our friend was trying to do is get furniture and zan was there hiding behind the desk and would not come out at all and he knows we was there to talk to him about the furniture because he told us to come up there to look at it. And never came out of the office..and we stayed there for about 15 to 20 minutes. And nobody would tell us he is coming out or he is here .he is coming. But nothing at all from nobody.and letting people in with out a mask on and when it says to we're a mask on there door.that is not right for us to we're one and they don't.then it makes them want to not we're a mask. please we're a mask worker too.. it's not right to other people.and if I can give them a zero I would. And when we left we called Aaron's and ask was zan there and zan said yes it's me I'm here. My mother has a lift chair she was rent-to-own. She was recently placed in a nursing home under hospices care. I called to have Aaron's pick up the chair as she will no longer be using it. Because she has had a problem with bugs at her home, they refuse to take the chair back. I told them to remove the automatic draft of her bank account because the nursing home now receives her social security check (her only income) and she can no longer pay for it. They still refuse to remove the chair and told my husband they would rather take the loss then the chair. Well this morning as soon as her check was deposited into her account, Aaron's took out $86.00. Congratulations Aaron's, you have stole $86.00 from a 74 yr old, dying women. I have since gone to the bank and if you try to take any more money out of her account, you will be charged with fraud !! I warn everyone, these people are despicable.

If I could leave a zero I would. Don’t rent or buy anything from them. Spoke with Sam on the phone and was transferred to Rick. Placed an order for a tv and was told it was confirmed and I’d get an email. Never got an email. I walk into the store talk to Sam and she says she doesn’t see the order. Call a different time she says she sees the order and it was delivered to the store but not to me. She says I didn’t put down a payment, I said he didn’t tell me to. Now they want me to pay $159 to pick the tv when I had already ordered and should’ve been delivered to me. Never doing business with them again.
