Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Simpsonville

This place is just the worst. I try not to go here, but sometimes you need that Hot and Ready pizza on the way home from work to bring a quick meal to the fam.

Here’s my latest experience: I pull up to the window, and ask if they have Pizza and Crazy Bread “hot and ready”. They say Yes. So I pay, they hand my card back, along with a Buzzer. They say it will be 5 minutes and to pull around. I literally JUST asked if it was ready. But ok. I go wait, I can spare a couple of minutes.

After 24 minutes of waiting , still no pizza. I go inside with buzzer in hand, and ask how much longer. Turns out my order has been ready and sitting for 15 minutes while I waited for the buzzer to go off, but they never buzzed me. Dude.

While the cashier checks the back, I hear laughing. They are chasing and stomping on roaches in the kitchen area. Dude…

A guy (manager?) comes around still laughing from getting roach on his shoe, and explains they are actually “really good” about buzzing customers. Maybe they buzzed and I didn’t see it” ….. Dude…

“ it must have been one of our new buzzers. Maybe it’s not working. It happens.” Blank stare.

My food is cold, they literally have roaches running through the kitchen, Employees still stomping them behind him. No apology, no nothing, just an excuse.

I really can’t believe a place like this is able to operate. I just left the food. Never...

This location does not respect the "Customers is always right" policy. Called to get a price check on the Deep Deep Dish Ultimate Supreme. I was quoted at $10. When I reiterated to the employee that I wanted the Deep Deep Dish Ultimate Supreme, I was told my total would be $10. When I arrived for pickup and paid my $10, I was greeted with a regular Ultimate Supreme pizza. I expressed that I requested the deep dish and that I was quoted at $10. Instead, the manager voided my payment, failed to honor the total given over the phone by the employee and made me pay the additional. No big deal, but my due diligence to make sure the employee heard my request over the phone felt ignored! I expressed my disapproval to the manager after the transaction and the arrival of my correct pizza 10 additional minutes later. The manager offered a free drink, in which I declined. The manager then asked who was the person that took my order. I could only tell her it was a woman because the transaction on both occasions were not printed on the receipt. It was a man's name! 🤔 It will probably be the last time I patron them and will turn my allegiance to...

Pay attention to the door that the delivery guys and all other employees use to come in and out of the front area.....covered in black filth. If they can't take the time to keep that clean which is what their customers are looking directly at then I can't imagine what it looks like in the back, which almost made me cancel my order. As I sat waiting nearly 25 mins for two hot and ready to go pizzas (they gave my pizzas to another customer making my wait long) but when I finally get the pizzas the cashier looks straight past me and apologizes to another customer for their wait! BTW they had waited the same amount of time, I know this because we were joking about whether or not they had to grow the veggies in the garden before we got our pizzas. Not once saying anything to me. This shocked me, it was like I wasn't even there. The other customer was nice enough to apologize for them holding the door for me shaking his head and telling me even he couldn't believe it. I understand busy, I understand forgetfulness but damn.......I will not...
